    ************************************************ ***S680 LITHIUM VICTORY LITHIUM BATTERY - NO$548.991$548.99 Subtotal$548.99 Shipping (Standard Shipping)$35.00 Total$583.99 USD The order was canceled on 6/18/24 There was a cancelation email sent to me stating that my order had been canceled but there was not a email sent stating my expected refund of $583.99. I have tried calling, leaving messages and emailing to confirm my refund. It is 9/19/24 roughly 90 days later? Mavericks issued this cancellation because they didn't have the product posted on their website. Actually if you go to their website the Item I order is still listed for purchase.

    I placed an order at Mavericks Custom motorsports on June 24 2024 I received an email from them on June 26 stating that the items were not in stock and will not ship until mid August I immediately sent a response email for them to cancel my order and I called so I asked the customer service rep to cancel my order and after several failed attempts to get me to get something else I declined I was told it would take ***** hours to cancel I said ok so on June 28 I sent another email to cancel and a phone call still not canceled an email on July 10 to cancel no cancellation these businesses will try and take advantage of customers I just want a refund not doing business with these people ever again

    I made an order for a speaker adapter on Feb 10th 2024 and was lied to about the status of the order for 3 months before I asked for a refund and then was emailed immediately notifying me that they processed the order only for them to run me around for 3 months prior. I still would like to be refunded

    I paid $335 for two beyma speakers, but after 3 weeks of being lied too, I still havent received the merchandise I paid for. Im requesting either full money refund or the product that I paid for.

    Customer claims that he was lied to about a shipment when he was actually given detailed information about his package and shipping. As explained in detail to the customer over the phone and via email, his package was shipped from the manufacturer directly, and the package was lost in transit. As a courtesy instead of making him wait for an investigation to be completed we made the manufacturer send out a direct replacement as soon as we identified the package was missing. Additionally, this delivery has already been completed at this time

    I ordered a harley ******** exhaust from there web site that stated it was in stock only to find out two weeks later it was not. Another week went by and I then asked for a refund, they said in an email to me they would issue the refund in ***** hours. That hasn't happened and it's been 10 days after the 48 hour's.

    Customer was made aware there were delays with exhaust finish. Customer agreed to wait. After several weeks customer requested a refund. Refund  has been issued.

    I order an AMPLIFIER. I opened the box and that is it, but I never unwrapped the amplifier. I also paid full price for 2 tweeter that were open and missing parts. I have returned that product (amplifier) and still awaiting on a refund after 5 day of them recieving the item.

    Sold me used item and said it was new. Refused to stand behind the product they sold to me. Very condescending customer service, they do not respect all people, horrible experience. The box was open it had instructions for a different piece off equipment, you can clearly see that the adjustment knobs have had some sort of tool stuck in them. Parts were missing from this package. This seller resorts to name calling and accusing the buyer of being a problem. Also, the package was shipped from the sellers address not the manufacturers.
