            On Oct 30, I ordered a jacket from Greek Finessee and never received the order. Despite their initial response on December 9th stating that logistics would send my order within 1 day, I've yet to receive anything. Furthermore, their latest response claims that logistics delivered the order on November 19th, which is inconsistent with my experience.I'm finding it difficult to understand how logistics could have delivered the order without any evidence, such as a delivery confirmation photo.Since Greek Finesse doesnt care about my order, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and provide a resolution. If the order cannot be located, I would like to request either a full refund or a replacement order. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

            I was dissatisfied with ALL the items in my order and sent emails for return procedures. None of my emails were answered. I spent money that I will probably NEVER get back! Horrible business practices; lessons learned!

            On August 8, 2024 I purchased two items for a Birthday Gift. I finally received my tracking number but I have not received my merchandise. When I track my merchandise using the tracking number it indicated that no information on this item being tracked. I have emailed the company however they have not updated my expected date for me to receive my merchandise. I spent $100.00 on their merchandise. I need assistance with resolving this matter.

            I placed an order on 3/28 my order number is VIP#********. I sent them an email and they responded on 4/2 telling me that they would split my order since it was customized so I could get it sooner. My order consist: SKU:CML-80x60 -A001571, SKU-AKA-6-19-12-A002196S, SKU-AKA-10-31-188-a0023565-T-shirt-S and as of today I still haven't got my order. I have been sending emails and nobody has responded since 4/2.

            I purchased two black history items -sweatshirt and sweatshirt - from Greekfinesse and when I received my items, numerous words on the products were misspelled or illegible. I have sent numerous emails and also reached out via Instagram and have not received any response. My items totaled $70+.
