I went to this office to ship a package to PR, and paid a total of $222 for priority overnight. The package was delivered five days later by **** I called *** to try and see if there was a way to get a partial refund, I was explained that the one that had to give me the refund was the office itself. I called and explained to her on the phone and she told me that she was not the one that had to help me. I recalled *** and was explained their policies and that she is the one that has to help me. I then went to the office with my friend and ***** the owner took it upon herself to call me an idiot, crazy, fat ***, a prostitute on any corner in *******. And told me that I was not getting anything from her, and then took it upon herself to lock the door and not let us out against our will. What do I do with someone like this. I had to call the police to get out of her establishment. I spoke to *** when I left there and they explained I took the package on a Thursday morning, Friday it arrived at ********, they then realized that she had written the wrong address and the incorrect description on the box. She did not get in touch with them until Saturday and that is why the package arrived on Monday. That is why *** says that she is responsible as well because she made the mistake. How can someone like that have a business and deal with people, how can she represent *** and *******

    Dear BBB,
Firstly, I need to let the BBB know that I have been at my business for over 30 years. I know my job and I do it well. My business grows yearly and not by coincidence.
This young lady customer came to my store and shipped out a phone to *********** next day ***.
She paid $222 dollars because that what she decided to do.
The shipment was late . She came back around two weeks later, stating that the shipment was late and that she paid a lot of money. I asked her if it had been delivered and she said yes. Since it had been delivered, I told her I could file a claim for a partial refund through *** if it was approved they would pay back a partial amount since it DID arrive.
The claim was denied. I called *** and they told me to call *** billing, I did so. The billing department investigated and told me on the phone that their would be no partial refund since *** does not pay claims for Acts of God and that there had been a Hurricane.
I then texted the customer young lady and she said ok.

Two weeks later I received a random call from a lady that from what I could make out from her screams and insults was the mother of the young lady customer. This lady could not stop screaming and hollering obscenities at me over the phone for 10 minutes.
At the end of the call I asked her if she could please be quiet and she told me a Horrible word and she hung up.
Then two or three weeks later. That same lady. (The mother of the young lady customer) came into my store and stood by the scale. She started to scream who the H_ll is going to pay me my $222 dollars ? I then figured out it was the same customer that told me horrors on the phone two or three weeks back. She started insulting  me and telling me that I did my job wrong and horrors . I told her to leave and that I did my job correctly.
She said no. I picked up the phone as to call the police and she told me that SHE WAS GOING TO TAKE A C*** AND A **** ON THE ***** OF MY STORE and she then walked out when she heard that I was talking to the police. I hung up the phone.
There was another customer in my store and she is witness to all this. I have the ladies phone number if a witness is needed.
About one hour passes and in come the young lady customer her brother and another random girl on crutches, no less, on crutches !
These people started insulting me and the son of the lady told me F__ck Y-u.
These people began to try to bully me in my store so long that I had to call the police and I have everything on tape.
Insults flew up until the police arrived about an hour later.
The store has a locked door since the area is a questionable one.
They cannot leave unless I let them go out , just like a jewelry store, so they had to wait until the police came .
The police asked me what happened and I told them. They told these customers outside that they were going to give them a trespassing warning and that I now have a case number. If any of them should come back to harass me in any way again , then they will go directly to jail.
The next day I received a call from the mother of the girl on crutches asking me nicely that why did I insult her child. I told her that her child was in the line of the insults and was hanging with the wrong crowd. I told her that her daughter got out of a car on purpose to go into a store (mine) on purpose and harass the owner (myself) for no reason at all , just because. I told her this area is bad and that instead of calling me she should be talking to her daughter about getting out of cars and going into places of business in crutches, to harass and start problems and that I now have a case number on these IRATE people including her daughter on crutches.
With this I can end by saying that I help everyone that comes into my store. Many times for free. I can tell you that these people went about it all wrong. They may have received better results without the screaming and hollering obscenities since I really cannot tolerate that kind of behavior in my place of business. These people went further by going into my stores ******** account and writing horrors and lies. I had to take it down completely. These people have absolutely no manners, principals, class or style plain and simply, they are vile and I cannot accept badgering like that in my store and for no reason. I do not put up with abuse.
These people are the people that make the *************** have the nasty reputation that it has, and the type that make business owners lock their doors.
Furthermore, Even if they were different kinds of folks, I cannot overturn the denied decision made by *** . *** does not pay refunds for Acts of God like bad weather as I previously stated to them .
There will be no refund and I expect a full apology that I know I will never receive and please do not bother me again with this since I have spent much more time than deserved.

    Sincerely,
    N Goicouria
