This business is a community association. I moved in last year to a property they managed and had to provide the association with a $2,900.00 deposit in order to move in. Which would be refunded back to me when I moved moved out. Ive followed all proper procedures in order to collect on my reimbursement once I moved on on June 2nd 2022. I notified the company 30 days in advance of my move out date, ***************************** whos the director in charge responded by saying they would mail a check and they never didnt I then reached out to him again a week prior to my move out date and he stated he would hand delivered the check on June 1st. He never showed up. On June second after numerous voicemails and emails he arrived right before I had to move out with a check for the $2,900.00. I deposited the check that same day. 24 hours later I receive a notification from my bank that the check bounced due to I sufficent funds. I immediately contacted ******* again and he said he would look into it. Its been now 5 days since and he hasnt responded to any of my communications and hasnt provided a resolution, and doesnt answer any of my phone calls. Im seeking to get whats already mine which was the $2,900.00.Business response
