In September/October of 2023 they charged me over 300 dollars for my water bill. More than the summer months when we filled a pool. After countless attempts to reach them, they finally sent someone to check for a leak. No leak. Then they said that the woman that reads the meters had been reading mine wrong and I had been undercharged for several months. Plus they had a rate increase. So I paid it in installments. Come to find out they have done this to several people. Now I received a bill for 160 dollars when again we don't use extra water and it's impossible to reach them. They offered to once again send someone out to check for a leak but I know there isn't one. And they havent sent someone out. They have a new person checking the meters and a few weeks ago a neighbor was told that this new person also read his meter wrong and he had been undercharged for months. They are robbing people and then setting up a date to have their water turned off. I tried talking to this new guy that reads the meter just now and he speaks zero English. My last two bills were about 57 and 67 dollars. And now a supposed spike and 160. My water will be turned off because I don't have the money. We did not use that much water and this is out of control.

I've had issues with the water company in the past and it's just getting worse. I used to send my payments from my bank's bill pay where they would send the check to crest ridge utilities, but the checks started to get misplaced and my payments were late. That led to me being forced to use their awful website to pay my bill. Despite the surcharges, that worked good enough until I switched banks. After I made my first payment with my new bank, there was an option to save the account and I did. So I thought. I wasn't aware I was supposed to call them directly to save my new bank info. And I was not aware the check was returned until they were at my house disconnecting my service. (11-08-2023 at 2:30PM) I called them immediately and had them change my bank info and paid the previous balance and next months balance in full. They then told me they would not come to turn my water back on until the next day. When they came back the next day(almost the full 24 hours) they claimed there was tampering with the meter and they were going to charge another $125. Apparently, when the turned the water off, they didn't put any kind of lock or tie on devices or anything. They just turned the main valve to the house off. Unbeknown to me, my tenant allegedly saw the water was turned off and simply turned the valve back. This was way after the balance was paid in full by the way, so I'm failing to see how any charge is justified. After this happened, the office manager ***** called and left a voicemail threating to keep my water off until the following week because there was a holiday. But that was a lie anyway because they never turned the water off again. I'm not sure what's more concerning, the incompetence or the malice behind these acts. I have attached the statements paid in full, the current balance that currently shows online which still doesn't show this bogus charge. And the notice of disconnection which shows this charge for the first time.

On 11/14/22 I submitted an application for service for water service. I spent a week trying to get service for a home I purchased because the previous owner died and had a past due balance. Finally after distressed calls for turning services on and paying the ***** setup fee, this company turned on water service. On 12/01/22 I received my first bill with past due charges from the previous owner. I called on 12/02/22 and spoke with the water company and they said that they would call me back before 3pm eastern time to follow up. They never did. I want these charges removed from my account since I did not have a contractual agreement when those charges occurred. It is also against the law to charge those fees of others. Please adjust the account balance to reflect those charges of $173.25 for previous balance and remove them immediately.

My water service was disconnected for a 7 day late. It was not a past due balance, it was a current due balanced of $49.84 that was due on 3.22.22 and the water and trash was suspended on 3.28.22. I called to ask what the issue was and why my water was shut off and they told me that this current disconnect is now their current policy. That does not give anyone time to pay a bill, especially in these times.

There is a leak at the water junction box at this property. We have not been able to reach anyone for 2 days. We get voicemail and have left multiple messages. This is a serious problem that can affect others in the area. It needs to be addressed and someone needs to answer the phone or at least return the calls. It's a very frustrating situation that is being handled poorly.
