    I had 2 tabletop 1980 Midway arcade games. 1 Pacman and 1 Ms ****** that I wanted service on. Just checked and cleaned. Both machines were in working condition. Dropped machines off on 9/14. After calls asking for completion date they Claimed they were waiting for parts. End of November the machines were ready but I decided to have ****** converted to a 60 game machine. I would pick up both machines at the same time. After many weeks was told they were waiting for parts. I continued to call and they continued to tell me the same thing. The women **** would become nasty and rude when I questioned the delay. She would scream at me saying they had no control over the parts delivery. Finally on May 30th she told me the machine would be ready in 2 weeks. That came and went- claiming yet again they were waiting for parts. The machine was ready but they were waiting for the ******** On July 9th she told me I could pick the machines up on July 19. I called Wednesday July 17 to confirm they are ready for pick up on Friday because my son had to come from ******* to get them. She did not answer my call but left a voicemail stating she told me they would be ready the 30th not the 19th. That is a lie because the 30th is a Tuesday and my son can only come on the weekend. I still dont have my machines and fear I will not get them back. Not once did they call me with updates. I had to continually call them and each time they lied. Please do not use this business.

    The client picked up both of their items brought in for repair.

    Two Antique collectible cocktail video machines were picked up and customer very satisfied.

    It does take time to locate antique collectible parts to most all we repair.

    The machines were picked up owner and he son on july 20/ 2024.

    I am rejecting this response because:Yes- machines were picked up and NO- customer is not satisfied. I have a video tape showing our dissatisfaction and this company is aware. One machine was not even looked at or repaired. The owner ****** admitted that he did not repair the machine. The machine that was to be converted was not finished. Screws were loose, wires were hanging . It took a while to power up.The monitor was supposed to be replaced. ****** admitted it was not replaced. He even deducted the cost off the balance due proving it was not replaced and needed to be. We did not get what we paid for and was forced to pay a balance or they would not release our property. All the while the owners wife was screaming at me, cursing at me and calling me names. All the while I was videotaping her.  Apparently every review of this company reads identical to my complaint. When we got home , we plugged in the machine and it will not power up We paid a total of $1350 , and had no repairs on one machine and a non working second machine. I was told by the wife- if I didnt pay the balance in cash, she would not release my machines. After 10 months I have lost this money and have to pay someone to repair my machines. This company has no right to be in business. I attached some reviews and I can send more. This is proof that this is how this company operates.
