On Saturday, July 16, I made a reservation through Hotel.com for THE CLEVELANDER hotel located at 320 Cleveland St, ******************************. I paid $306.14 for this reservation from July *****, but when I arrived at the hotel I realized that the photos that were on *****S.COM were totally fake. Not only is the hotel under construction and there are dangers everywhere (bricks, stairs, materials crossed), but it also has broken windows, it smells bad, it looks sketchy and dangerous. I was alone with my minor son and it was early in the morning, we had to sleep at a friend's house and then return to our house. I tried many times to call the hotel and they never answered me. I called Hotel.com customer service and they asked me to send an email with photos. I did so and explained to them the situation. They told me that due to hotel policies they cannot return my money. Then I realized that the ***** is a REHAB center.

THIS PLACE HAS MOVED ***************. THE ***** **** PURCHASED THE HARBOR HOUSE...Let me tell you something about this halfway house. Please listen!!! This place was at one time a reputable place to recover but it was sold to a man named **** who use to own a flop house called Cleveland House. It's all about the money and never about helping people. It's a smoke screen people. Everyone in the recovery community from Hollywood/*************** know what kind of house the *************** runs. Relapse Fees are available to people. If you drink or use drugs you can stay for a fee!! It jeopardizes the men who need a safe environment. It's all about keeping beds full and never about actually helping people. DONT GO HERE OR EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING HELP HERE.......YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CHANCE AND MAY END UP DEAD.....
