This company is in collusion with the company 21 used ********, is engaged in organized crime, fraud, counterfeiting titles for cars, counterfeiting license plates for cars, counterfeiting insurance for cars, carrying out work without a license, artificially inflating prices for work after completing repairs, using illegal labor without paperwork, performing work on behalf of one company, and taking payment to the accounts of other companies. ********** ***** and ****** ******** are involved in all this. The organized crime is managed by ****** ********, who was previously convicted of fraud, and therefore he is deliberately not listed in any of these companies in any position, but constantly supervises all work directly from the company's office, accepts payments, and conducts all negotiations.Business response

We believe that this is yet another case of fraudulent complaints who are submitting essentially identical nonsense that I have seen before. We are attaching the following paperwork: the ** of the client in question, registration of the vehicle, contract/bill of sale between us and the client, electronic title work and insurance for the vehicle. The time has come for the client to pay for the vehicle on the 16th of October, but he did not do so. He was supposed to also pay on the 16th of November, but also never did. He dropped the vehicle off with the keys and called us saying he will no longer pay. There is no fraud here, and was never any to begin with. Documents are attached. The payment plan is also outlined on the bill of sale.
Thank you.Initial Complaint

Hello, the record of any vehicle in association with this person does not exist within our database. The person submitting these reviews is fraudulent. This person is making false accusations under several different names and submitting them online to you. I have attached, essentially, a duplicate of what has been submitted to you and online under two different names. I have no record of this person's vehicle or name in any of my databases. In this way, people involved in criminal activity are able to extort money from businesses trying to make hard earned money.Initial Complaint

A clear case of fraud and misrepresentation. On 11/4 I went to look at a used car at this dealer, and even though it was being sold "as is" I repeatedly asked both sales men if the car was in good condition and road worthy and they assured me the car had been inspected and it was in very good condition, that they had the car on the lift, even replaced some needed parts and the car was SURELY ROAD WORTHY, after I told them I would drive it 800 miles to WNC. I paid them cash, signed all the papers and was only then told they could not transfer or issue registration due to my license plate being expired, and was advised to drive the car straight home until registration had been issue. On 11/6 10:30AM I was able to get my valid license plate, I sent a picture to J&J and got a picture of the new registration by text around 11AM. I then went directly to a muffler shop to have the muffler repaired, but when the car was lifted I was shocked to see that the entire rear axle was about to fall off, both brackets welded to the frame had rotten and came apart, being barely held only by the also rusted lower control arms. Since the dealer was just a few blocks away, I drove it back and requested to cancel the transaction and get a refund since the car was not even drivable, nor supposed to be sold, but they refused it. The car was left at the dealer where they told me they would attempt to repair and weld the axle back to the frame of the car, but likely they would be at my expenses. I do not agree with that! I would like to receive the full amount I paid them back, given the fact it had only been a few hours since the car had been transferred and I had gotten the registration, or as a last option, if the car is professionally and properly repaired, at their expenses, I would consider keeping the car. It is important to mention that I have recently found the auction site where they bought the car from and it was disclosed to them the frame of the car was possibly rotted.Business response

After reading the following complaint to your organization, everything occurred in a completely different manner. The client is attempting to spew lies within this complaint. In November 2024, the client paid for the car and signed all "as is" forms that imply no returns or refunds, which I will provide in my response (see attached). He signed a bill of sale that states "AS IS; NO WARRANTY; NO RETURNS AND NO REFUNDS." Before signing all paperwork, the client checked out the car in question, took several test drives, and he did not have any rejections towards this car. After he took possession of the car, he said it himself that he drove 800 miles to a different state. After coming back from his trip, he came to us with an issue about a part that came loose on his car. Due to the fact that we do not do such work that he needed, we took the car to a third party repair shop. Prior to doing any work, we informed the client that this would not be free work and would not be at our cost. The client totally agreed to that and asked us to help him with his situation. I'd like to again underline the fact that this did not occur the day after, as he wrote in his complaint, but rather a few days after once he already made his trip to a different state. We verify that all problems were contained within the vehicle in question that the client asked for. However, he refused to pay the service bill--even though he himself asked us to help him with the problem and promised to pay for it. I verify that the car is currently at the address *****************************************. The client can come pick it up at anytime. We are prepared to answer any and all questions regarding this matter.Customer response

Complaint: 22547400
I am rejecting this response because:As per pictures and proofs provided, the car was sold on 11/2 but registration was only issue on 11/4, so I was not able to drive it until then. On the same day, just a few hours after registration was issue I was back at the store. The car was driven from the store to my house on the 12th, and to my mechanic just a few miles away and back to the store on the 14th for an attempt of return of the car, which was refused. By that time the car was driven less than 15 miles, which can be attested by the odometer reading. The car WAS NOT driven 800 miles, that is inaccurate and untrue. I did had plans to take the car out of state, but that never happened since car wasn't drivable, given the fact the fact the rear axle was about to fall off the car. Once they had refused to undo the deal and refund me my money, they offered to repair the car, which I agreed ONLY if the service was professionally done, and at no point it was mentioned to me nor I agreed to pay for any repair, and nor was I provided any quote or documentation. About 2 weeks later they called me advising the car was ready, only to get there and see a poor weld patch done on top of the rusted axle. On top of that they would not release the car to me if I would not pay over $1,000 for what they called repair. That was the first time I was advised about any cost related to the supposed repair, not before. After calling the police for an incident report, they also added that if I did not pay them, they would keep the car and attempt to charge me storage fees on top of it. So today, November 22nd, per florida statute ******* I posted a cash bond with the clerk of county court for the total amount and with a court order, after some resistance and having to call the police once again, they finally agree to release the vehicle.
So for the record, the refund has not been done. The vehicle has not been properly repaired, and there is over $1000 paid in bond and court fees to the clerk of court.
Sincerely,
******** MuharramBusiness response

On the day of purchase, the car was registered and the client left with the car the day he paid for it. We already discussed, that as per the client said, he drove to another state and he broke his own car while on the road. After, he came back to us at the dealership, the client asked us to repair his car. We offered to take the vehicle back, but he did not want that; he asked for it to be repaired, as the value of the car is far more than what we sold it for. The car was fixed by a third-party service center, as we do not have permissions to do body work. The repair was done by a different company. The client was supposed to pay the bill for payment of the work done. He refused to do so. He called the police. The police officer explained to him that he needs to pay the bill. After refusing, he brought us a bond from the court and we released the vehicle. We provided information on this case to our company lawyer, so the client could pay what he owes and we can get this issue resolved. The repair has been carried out, but the client never paid the bill he still owes.Initial Complaint

Hello. *********** 911 auto llc and 21 used cars llc (this is essentially the same company) carried out poor quality repairs to my car, as it turned out later, even without a license to perform repairs to my car, they tried to mislead me and take more money from me for a non-existent malfunction in my car. Only later, when I began to look into it, I found out that this company is a previously convicted fraudster. I paid them $768 via ****, $1048 + $684 in cash, total $2500 *********** 911 auto llc is in collusion with the company 21 used ******** and has one common office, they are engaged in organized crime, theft of personal property, counterfeiting of vehicle registration documents (in complicity with a notary), counterfeiting of vehicle license plates, counterfeiting of vehicle insurance, performing work without a license, artificially inflating prices for work after repairs have been completed, using illegal labor without paperwork, performing work on behalf of one company and withdrawing payment to accounts of other companies, and operating without a license. ********** ***** (owner of 21 used cars llc) and ****** ******** (organizer of criminal schemes), who was previously convicted of fraud and is not listed in any of the companies in order to avoid liability, are involved in all of this.******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Business response

Hello! All information in this complaint is lie, that having purpose to put bad reputation to business, cause this customer tried to defraud the ***** by changing suspension parts not in Tesla dealer service shop to make ***** leave the warranty on his car untouched and don't know about the fact that his 2023 Tesla was in road colusion, which immediately void the warranty for future repairs. Also this repair was made by authorized third-party service shop which our company uses for clients' car repairs and it was made on March 2024, nobody was concerned about quality, but as soon as customer warranty fraud failed and ***** voided his warranty he made complaint to BBB in mid November 2024 with absolutely false information.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The company 911 auto llc and 21 used cars llc do not have the right to accept and repair other people's cars because they do not have a license to perform this activity, all employees who carry out illegal activities also do not have licenses, official employment and are there illegally. This organization also does not comply with fire safety standards. This is one of the reasons that this company did not have the right to offer and collect financial contributions for unskilled work.
The second reason is that the ************* and the ***** dealer have nothing to do with this process, since I contacted the companies 911 auto llc and 21used cars llc for repairs not under warranty, I at the expense of personal funds, the illegal receipt of which is confirmed by the scammers themselves. The car was repaired with a counterfeit part, due to which after some time it broke down and I had to contact the scammers again, after which they tried to extort even more money from me and then I found out that this was a scam. so please discuss the proceedings of the case without misleading or referring to unrelated lies.
Sincerely,
***** *****Business response

The following repair was done in March of 2024. The work was done by a certified mechanic with all operating and active licenses. The following complaint was made about a month ago to which we replied. The client is continuously trying to lie to your organization and make threats to discredit our company. We are asking you to discourage such action from clients such as these.
Thank you.

Our company sincerely apologizes for the delay in communicating with this client. We lost the title to this vehicle. We offer the client to bring the car back to us, or until we receive a duplicate title. Because the vehicle was purchased out of state, it takes a while for replacement titlework to be done. If he would like, he can bring the vehicle back and we will refund him for it. Thank you.Customer response

1. Transaction date 12/11/2023 2. The amount of money paid $8125,00 3. The company had to fix problems with a large electric battery in 2013 Tesla S85P.4. 911 AUTO LLC didnt provide the invoice about cost of work before starting the work. After repairing by this service, the car broke down 6 days later. I ask for a return of the paid cost of the work since the cost of the work was not indicated before the work was carried out. The invoice was unreasonably inflated. The battery repair had to be done again at another service center. While my 2013 Tesla S85P was in this service, the child car seat disappeared and wasnt returned either with the car or after. 5. 911 AUTO LLC issued an invoice after the work was completed and demanded to pay for it, threatening that this service would send it to the parking lot and the owner of the car (*******************************************) would pay $25 a day for overdue parking. This company made no attempt to resolve this dispute.6. Invoice # ***, Invoice Date 12/11/2023Business response
