On 9/30/2022 I place an order for a door, description on the invoice **** is a vertical door. The information on the invoice is correct. According to door factory, the door should be ready in about 3 month; by the end of December or beginning of January. I start calling to ask when the door will be delivery and every time they change the date. Finally, on January 31, the door was delivery to my house. I receive only the door, not frame with the door. The door was incorrect, instead of vertical lines, I received a door with horizontal lines. All the doors on my house has vertical lines. I did not accept the door because it was not what I ordered. I contacted the store, while the delivery people were still at my house and they offer me to wait two month or a refund. At that moment I let them know that I will prefer a refund. I spoke with ******* on the phone. I send at that moment pictures of the doors installed at my house to show to him why I can't accept that door. After a few days I called to ask about my refund. ******* ask me how I made my payment because they have not been able to find it. I explained to him that it was by *****, directly to the owner phone number. He said that the refund will be done that day, to wait a few hours. I call later to ask again and ******* was not available. Instead another person ( I believe the owner) said that he is not going to refund anything because I order a horizontal door, not true, and I don't know the difference between horizontal and vertical. They made a mistake and they are trying to blame me. I place an order with another company base on the conversation the day the door was delivery that I will receive my refund. At this moment I have pay for two doors, but I don't have the refund that I was promised

On (04/12/2022) we paid $1869.45. This amount was 50% of invoice ****. According to and email from the company " time for the order could take from 6 to 8 weeks" which was June 7th. Since then we called every week to get un update of the doors since no one from the door factory reached out. Every week we kept being told a different excuse. On August 18, I had a conversation with employee *********************** who said that they will give us a refund and the same day she send and email CCing the owner of the company requesting the information of our company to write a check with the refund. On August 19, I send the information with the amount for the check, but the check never arrived. On august 25, I send and email asking for the check and *********************** who I believe is the owner replay:"I have reviewed your order of a highly customized doors. We have placed the order with the factory and as a result the goods are ready to ship on or about September 8th. This is the target shipping date with plus two weeks that we will have the goods in our hands and ultimately at your home... Should you wish to proceed with cancellation we we will be forced to charge 50% fee as the doors are not standard but highly customized. Besides this email I called him and he ask to keep all communication thru email, buy he never reply to the email. On September 8th I send and email again asking for an update. On September 14, I got an email saying the doors where schedule to leave the factory on October 17, but on October 11, another email saying the doors are ready and will leave the main factory in October 24/2022, the ex the doors are ready and will leave the main factory in October 24/2022, the expected delivery and installation date will be the first week of November. I reply requesting my money back and they send an email that said the owner had authorized to return the money and to pick up the check. When I reply that I was going to send someone the owner reply do not stop by.
