    On December 29, 2023, I purchased $177.36 worth of products. However, I did not receive a confirmation page, nor a confirmation email with order number or tracking. The funds were taken out of my account. I have made countless attempts to message their chat and email their support team, all of which have been unanswered-no response. In addition, their phone number is not in service, **************. This is a scam, I have filed a report with my bank to have the funds put back in my account. I want a refund, but they need to be put out of business.I also messaged their chat, using a different email saying that I was interested in making a purchase, and of course they responded to that message. They have NOT responded to my chat messages stating that I've been charged without receiving order confirmation. SCAM, terrible customer service.

    Aug 14/23 I paid $86.83 for three oxygen harmless cigarettes from HarmlessCigarette.com. It took a month and a half to receive them. Upon receiving them two out of three did not work. They are supposed to make a noise when you puff in them and the one I could feel some oxygen going into my throat, the other two did not do either of those things. I have the emails between representative ******* and I and she states they take full responsibility for this and offer me a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and even offered to send the two back that did not work. This was Oct 2. On Oct 12 I asked for a tracking number and I have sent numerous emails with no response back at all. I even filled out the form on the website and no response from them either.

    On January 6th, 2023, I our hased two products from quitgo.com for a total of $58.97. They very next day, the funds left my bank account with the following base information about the withdrawal.Withdrawal QuitGo ******************************************************* Date 1/6/******************** card **** However, I did not receive a confirmation email with order number or tracking. There is no phone number to call and the emails I've sent to *************** and **************************************** have gone un answered.It simply appears I paid for something that they have/will not send and I have no way to contact them.

    I ordered a product from this website on March 25, 2022. Since that purchase I have not received the product. I have tried reaching out to the company on several occasions to no avail. I have also attempted to use the live chat option on their website and have yet to get in contact with anyone.

    Sept 7, 2021, I placed an online order with Harmless Cigarette, paying $34.95. Transaction ID: 7VV85583LD542093K. I have yet to receive this order. Thinking that I failed to place an order, or that the order did not go through properly, I placed another order November 17, 2021 in the amount of $34.95. Transaction ID: 5DP58693PU894881G. I have yet to receive THIS order. I've reached our via chat on their website 3 times since and have received no resolution. In one of the chat interactions they promised they would find a solution and email me the results. I have received no email with a resolution. It has been 7 months since my original order and I either want them to deliver the product I ordered or refund my money
