    Poor customer service. They sent me the wrong item and now will not contact me. You can only email them and state they will contact you with in 24 hours.???.Nope. I've emailed them 5 times in the last week and no response. I just want a refund or a replacement

    The website customer service hasn't responded to any emails. It's been over a week. A $200 order did not show up at my place, the tracking number supplied and customer service for tracking just goes to an answering machine for over two weeks. I'm getting ready to claim fraudulent charges on my card. No response, no product, no help. I definitely won't ever shop here again and suggest you find a different supplier, because your supplies won't show up and when they don't, no one will answer your calls or emails asking about it.

    I placed an order on 8/20. Then 8/21 said a label was created. The tracking has shown no movement until today 8/27. Then tracking went back to processing .i asked for them to cancel and recall the order and they wouldn’t. Said it was shipped out on 8/21 when according to THEIR shipping tracker it hadn’t shipped yet. I already filed a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. They are a bunch of crooks and I should have listen to reviews and complaints about them. I ordered from another site, ECigMafia on Friday and it’s Monday and it was delivered today. Yet 8 days later VaporFi hasn’t delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

    I made an order Feb 5 still waiting. LSO first said was delivered then changed to bad address. I have contacted Vapor by email numerous times ( which is the only contact) keep getting runaround. Sending to manager looking into it. But no results!!! Sooo annoyed crappy customer service I will never order again. Im waiting on order to be resent or refund if the $128 I spent.

    Terrible customer service. My package “shipped” on Feb 2nd, still hasn’t arrived. They use bogus logistics providers and are unreachable by phone or email. Would never purchase anything from them again.

    I placed an order at vaporfi.com on Friday, January 26, ****, for a vape kit and a pack of coils. After placing the order, I realized I was so excited because I found the kit so cheap I started to overthink and did research online. The old saying has always been if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I came across all these negative reviews on this site, and the company was not BBB accredited. So I went into panic mode! I just knew I had been scammed. However, today, February 1, ****, my order was delivered in full. My vape and coils are brand new and never opened within 6 days, including the weekend. The price never changed. My card was only charged once, with no issues at all. Thank you, vaporfi.com, for providing excellent-priced products and speedy delivery. I ended up being very impressed with your company, and you just gained a loyal returning customer. I am so happy with my purchase.

    I'm totally disgusted with VaporFi myself ... I had canceled my order and requested a full refund ... they claimed that my order was shipped out AFTER THEY took my money ... Order never got to me .. I then asked them to place a RTS .. STATUS is in limbo.. Their total ****** ******** and shouldn't be in business at all ... The customer service socks!

    Horrible customer service, liars, cheats. This is my honest opinion. I placed an order online, it took so long to ship that I reached out for them to just cancel the order but they ignored my request and shipped the order anyway. I then refused the package and requested a refund. They gave me a partial refund with no explanation and now they are flat out ignoring all my emails. They literally stole money from me. Plus, at the time I ordered my products their website said free shipping but I was charged for it anyway.

    Vaporfi sent a different product than what I ordered. I contacted them through their site, explained the situation and provided pictures of the incorrect item as asked and there has been no replies/communication back from them. Very shady company, no accountability for their errors, and they have no customer service phone number to address any order issues. BEWARE of Vaporfi.com…DO NOT give them your business.
