USNOA falsely advertises a 30 year parts and service warranty on the solar systems they install. They refuse to answer calls or emails when you ***************. They also then try to add service or install fees the products they installed. Id like my installation fee for the new inverter I had to pay another tech to install as well as the electric bills from December 2021 thru September of this year. ******* 525

USNOA has been an absolute mess. They have failed to deliver on their promises time and time again. We reached an agreement that they would compensate me for all the errors and delays to the amount of $2500 plus $200 a day their late past 3/10. They installed a completely incorrect HVAC and since then have failed to respond to me. I have constantly been reaching out to try and contact them with no success. The net meter still isnt installed so my panels are up on ******* but not working. I would like USNOA to honor our agreement for conpensation and complete the installation immediately.

I purchased my system 30+ Panels two converters and a solar water heater 2 years ago from cross atlantic solar (now owned by USNOA (United solar network of *******)). They never closed out my permits and Im being harassed by the county Ive tried to resolve this issue with them but they dont show up after me taking time off of work. When I purchased the panels and installation from them they sold themselves as a mom and pop company that had been around for a long time and were interested in customer service. I have had issues with one bank of panels it doesnt produce AT ALL they came out and reset the system and it started working again but only for a month they also told me they constantly monitor the system and if there are any issues they would be on top of it to make sure the system was working properly at all times. Now Im having the same issues and have found out they sold the company and now when I call I get the run around. When I purchased the system they said it had a 25 year warranty now they are saying I have to pay an outrageous service fee for them to come out and diagnose the system. I cant get a straight answer or any one to service my system. $50k wasted DONT FALL FOR THE FANCY SONG AND DANCE LIKE I DID

We had 29 solar panels installed through Unlimited Solar, which is now USNOA, on 1/19/21. During the first 12 months, the panels covered the cost of our electric consumption completely. Starting in January, 2022, we received monthly electric bills in excess of $200 and $300. We contacted LCEC which sent our electricians who verified that the electric meter was working properly and suggested the solar side had a problem. Starting on 3/4/22 we contacted USNOA through their service help desk. After several phone calls, we got no response as to why our bills were higher but Giancarlo set an appointment for mid-March for technicians to inspect our system.. We paid $175 via master card for the service call on 3/16/22, clearing on 3/27. After the technicians did not show up, we contacted USNOA, talking with ******. He told us that his supervisor, ***********************, would phone us and set an appointment for a service call for 3/29/22. The technicians worked all day, saying the system was fixed, without saying what had been wrong. **************** told us that the readings showed that the solar was working but that it would take a day for the Enphase system to fully report new data. We sent her our electric bills for December-March and she said she'd try to figure out what was wrong because we were making "twice as much solar power as we were consuming." The day after the technicians left, 20 our of 29 solar panels stopped reporting data. We texted, phoned, and left voice messages throughout the next week. **************** eventually told us the next appointment would be 4/29/22, a month away. She said USNOA was having staffing issues and she was very busy and hadn't made any progress at looking at our bills. The technicians never showed. Our son in law noticed two switchers were left in the off position. He turned them on and our 20 solar panels returned on line after 30 days of not collecting solar power. Over the last 9 weeks, USNOA has been largely unresponsive.
