            I bought a truck from them and on the second day the truck broke down for transmission issues I took it to a transmission shop for repair and they gave me a quote I contacted the dealership in order to get my money back they said they wont they going to take it to they mechanic to fix supposedly they fixed and wanted me to pay $2,000 for repairs without showing me a receipt and letting me test drive the truck he said unless I give him the money I will loose the truck and my deposit

            I was looking for a ********** cargo van for work because I was in an accident in which I was hit from the back and pushed off the highway. So in the process I was scrolling on OfferUp on February 05,2023 @ 8:334 where I saw a 2018 ****** NV **** truck which was listed on OfferUp for $16,999.00 with 124,000Miles and with a Clean Title. So I asked where they are located and ******* gave me the address so I when on February 06,2023 @ 12:04pm and I told her that Ill be there in about one hour and she responded Perfect. So upon arrival I saw the truck so I started to enquired more about the truck and in the same time I started to look around and inside the truck and saw that the windshield was broken and needed to be replaced and the mileage was also Off. So I I asked whats the best price since I was going to pay cash he told me $22K so I told him that thats not the price listed on the internet also the mileage was incorrect, he said that was an error on the person whom listed the vehicle so I said Im going to take the *********** gave him a $500 that very same day and then I went back the following week Thursday and gave him another deposit of $1000 and told him to take something of and Ill fixed the Windshield and he said No h*** fixed it. So here comes the following Tuesday of the 14 of February 2023. We gave him a cashiers check in the amount of $18000 and $2000 Cash and reminded him about the windshield and he told me and my wife that hes going to have is people who does windshield to come to our house and replaced the windshield in which that never took place. So yesterday February 20, 2023 in the afternoon hours around 5pm he gave me the windshield guys number so I called him and inquires whats the situation ****************** told me I would have to pay out my pocket to replace windshield, so I hung up with ****************** and called ******************* hes now telling me that I would have to pay for ****************** to replace the windshield
