I suggest do not purchase any vehicle from this dealership . They scammed me . I went to purchased a 2020 Ford transit 250 . They asked for a $12,000 deposit which I gave them supposedly that day the deal was approved but 3 months later it wasn’t never approved. U any bank . I kept paying them they the 3 months directly to super Deal Motors motors not the bank I supposedly had gotten approved by. Then I was told when they realized that they wasn’t going to get an approval unless I payed off my 2017 Honda Accord which had a balance of $4500 in order for me to get able approval. Which I ended up doing because I was going to loose a big chunk of my deposit . They was very aware of everything that was going on. I brought my friend who is a used car sales men and he seen the deal and started asking questions and they gave us a bunch of lies . They wrong me because after we agree to a new deal supposedly they was going to apply the 3 months that I kept paying them directly to super deal motor . I was told by the manager that on the new deal I owe no money towards anything . After I payed off my balance on my Honda I got an approval through west lake financial . Now I go to get my registration done and they put a hold talking about I owe them money. ??? They scammed me and I wasted time off from work every time I had to run to deal with all their lies about the fake approval that never was approved . People be careful they have like 5 different dealers name under that same roof bunch of liars abs thieves . I need them to release the hold on my registration because I owe them no $$$
