    My son went to *** to send a box containing food items to a person in ***** **. I live in *********. The package has me as the person sending it. My son paid for the delivery.however, the person who delivered the package at the appointed residence, asked the person who was addressed to, pay 100 dollars or he won't leave the package.After two days of talking to *** people, and being promised this was going to be solved by yesterday or Today, didn't happen, Instead today my son received a message that the package is coming back to me, and these are foods! when this has happened in the US? they have idiots working there!tracking number 1ZRV33507208166961

    In January 14 I went to drop off two packages off at *************************************************************************** that I sold to stocks Company. The package never got out of this store or never were pick up whatsoever. I did a claim right away and it been 4 months and I have not yet received a resolution tot his issues I need my full refund of my items and the waste of time and gas I been wasting going back and forth with this two companys that none want to be responsible for it. I need answer. This is causing me emotional distress and a lot of headache please help

    Good Morning,

    I am writing this email to address this complain from a customer dated back to 1/14.  This particular customer I am not aware of as they did not provide a tracking number for us to research.

    However,  if the package was dropped off at the store with a prepaid label, we are not able to provide a claim or details on a claim because this would need to filed and investigated by whomever created the shipping label.  If the package is not on our account shipped, we have no way of accessing the system to look further into it.  This customer is claiming the package never left the store. However, we have 2 pickups a day in which every package is cleared from the store.  If there is a tracking discrepancy the customer is welcome to call *********** to speak with *** customer service as the warehouse would be the place that scans the package.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can do as we are willing to help with any investigation.

    I shipped four candles at the *** store in *********, **. The recipient did not receive my shipment for over two weeks. I called the store after two weeks had passed, and they stated the candles were damaged, and it was thrown away. They didnt provide evidence that the candles were damaged. I wouldnt have known until I came asked about my shipment. *** never reached out and inform me about the candles being broken and thrown out. Since my items were with insured I filed a claim and it was rejected. I lost ****** plus the shipment price. Im highly upset and would like have My money back.

    In regard to this complaint by customer. *******************************:

    This package was shipped and packaged by the customer and was unfortunately damaged in transit, discarded due to dangerous particles (glass) coming out of the box.  The packaging was inspected by *** for adequate packaging and was not found to be packed sufficiently.  *** denied the damage claim, which at that point, as a retail store, there is nothing further we can offer.  The customer signed paperwork that the address was correct and package packed sufficiently.  We have apologized to the customer and educated them for future shipments that we are able to correctly and safely pack fragile items.
