            I was given my motorcycle back from Love Motorsports on February 25, 2022. On January 8 I brought my 2005 XV17ATT Yamaha Road Star Silverado in to Love Motorsports. Love Motorsports kept my motorcycle for 47 days. the bike that was presented to me was still broken and not safe to ride in any way. Love Motorsports said that the bike was so unsafe that they wouldn't let their mechanic test ride it. This warning did not stop Love Motorsports from allowing me to exit the property and ride the sputtering bike down to crystal river... allowing me to ride a vehicle that Love Motorsports deemed so dangerous showed great disregard for my safety. Outrageous. i soon returned & asked what else was needed to be done to repair my bike that they promised to fix after 47 days, & Love Motorsports said that the problem MAY be in the engine, MAY be in the transmission, MAY be with the cylinders, but in any case in order to properly diagnose the issue it would be necessary for Love Motorsports to (again?) charge a minimum diagnostic fee which i was explained would be in addition to any needed parts & additional labor required. The total amount for my bill to receive my broken, unsafe, "still needing work", motorcycle back from Love Motorsports was $1514.23. Love Motorsports "reduced" my bill to $1041.02. (There was No explanation as to why the bill had been reduced.) I left in my car & The bike was delivered to my house... I feel i was treated shabbily. I find it disheartening that Love Motorsports consequently never followed up with me to research my customer service experience or inquire about the disposition of the state of my motorcycle....a bike which they had been a partner in servicing for me over the previous year. The Service Writer on this was Brian B*******. Doc Number *****. I have been trying to put this whole distasteful experience behind me and forget about it, but i cant help but feel that i was seriously wronged (ripped off) in this situation.
