Called for the company to Come out to give estimate on a clog . The company said someone would come out in the morning and give me a quote before doing any of the work . The company said the tech would be out with in the hour . So I left work to meet tech at my House . I waited over an hour and called company back . Dispatch told me the driver was 50 minutes out, I said I I was just told he would be arriving within the hour now you are telling me he has 50 minutes out. I said that is unacceptable. I went back to work One hour later the company called and said the tech was there and I said Im on my way home took me seven minutes to get to my house from my work. The tech came in brought some tools. I kept asking him questions on what he was doing, he pulled the whole toilet out of the bathroom set it in my tub asked for my own personal towels to clean the floor and then he put a camera in the toilet and show me that it was clogged up. He then said he would write me up a estimate. One estimate was $9878, the other estimate was $7218, another estimate was $5600 and then off to the side $789. I said whats the 789 he said what I did today I said I was told before you did any work. I would know how much the cost was he said sorry. I called. The company has spoke to three different managers. Nothing has been resolved. I want to dispute the charges because they said it wouldnt cost anything for the tech to come out but yet I was charged $789 and my plumbing is not fixed.

Called with a leak in supply line at washer. The tech arrived and without diagnosing the the problem he began upselling major repairs for $11791. After inviting him to leave called another plumber. This plumber had the problem leak fixed in 10 min. His charge $105. This in my opinion as a senior citizen is an absolute deceptive attempt to ***** me.

This company is amazing 10/10 will recommend to anyone. I used them for all departs, ac, plumbing and electrical and all the guys i talked with were very communicative, friendly, and outstanding!

I won't even give a star. They're the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They replaced our A/C, furnace, thermostat, pool pump, and water heater. We've had issues with the A/C and thermostat several times. Our A/C went out this summer, they came out at night while it was DARK and determined that it was a bad motherboard. They replaced the motherboard and fried it and another motherboard which are on back order. My house was sitting at 90* daily. We had to throw out food that was ruined by the heat. I was finally able to get them to provide us with some relief with a couple of portable units which didn't help much and asked them to either replace the A/C unit or provide us with other options. They gave us a couple more units that helped us a little bit more, but we now have bugs in our house. This company is a horrible joke and needs to be avoided at all costs.

This business has promised for 4 days I was next on the list. The last straw was this morning at 9am. The technician was going to pack his truck and be right over. An hour and half later I call and they are on a job but I am next. Needless any recommendation I give will be not to use the company.

I had AND Services out and had all of my plumbing replaced. Just saw pictures of what they did. I called Hillsborough County Development Services to see if a permit was pulled for this job. The young lady I talked to (Pam) said that there were no permits pulled for this job and there should have been one, and had the inspector check their work. As it turns out I will have to redo all their work. "AND" used zip ties to tie the piping together, also zip tied to metal beams under the house. I will be pursuing this with the county. Please BEWARE!! They do not need to be in this business. They also flooded my kitchen and I had to replace walls and floors in there also. This company is a rip off! Do not use them!!!

I called And Services for my thermostat for my air conditioner. Guy came looked at it said its fine but your drain line is clogged,without looking at it outside.how can you diagnose something if you didn't look.he pours water,drain etc down the drain line.gets water all over everywhere, didn't have nothing to clean it up.i did.he used a blower ,you can hear that the drain was clear but he continued to pour more water down ,he did this 6 or 7 ,8 times.,getting water everywhere. I told him to stop and get out.he kept pouring. He charged me 406.00 to clean out a drain line that wasn't clogged.had nothing to do with the thermostat. This company is a big rip off for senior citizens .he left both front and back doors wide open.he went thru my house without asking like he lived here.i will never use this company again.i have never had a service person treat me or my home like that,especially when I had to throw him out.i called company but no response. I sent a letter with no response. I also found rolled up paper he threw beside my air conditioner. This guy was pathetic. Before he left I ask him to set my clock on thermostat, he said I don't know how.and he calls himself a service technician. One other thing pouring drano down the drain line ,he killed my grass.there is a big brown spot now.thanks.
