To whom it *** concern,I recently paid $725 cash to get my sister's car out of holding at ASAP towing and storage, after the ****** Versa was towed on May 2nd, for the car being left in a tow enforced parking area. My sister was picked up by an ambulance after passing out from dehydration and other medical issues. The car's location was a mystery to her family because of her state so until she was coherent to aid it's retrieval we were left to track her car down. Our Aunt reached out to police station to see if a vehicle matching the vin number, license plate and vehicle description had been reported as being towed on the 3rd and again on the 4th. They told her they had not, so we began our **** to find my sister's car that hopefully had her keys and phone. On Tuesday May 7th, I continued the search, and started calling possible tow company's that *** have told her car. I called four before speaking with a gentleman from ASAP towing and storage. When I gave him the information needed to locate the car, he proceeded to tell me that from May 2nd to the 7th they had not towed her car or one matching that description at any of their locations. She was discharged almost two weeks later and was able to track the car down to ASAP towing and storage off *********** by the beach. We waited an hour outside the gate for dispatch to send someone back to the office. This company had a sign up that said they required cash, which is strange for such large amounts of money. I was hoping for **** the man completing our transaction to show some compassion or at least acknowledge that they made an error when told him that I was told that the car wasn't here. He snickered while counting and smiled like he hit the jackpot. Then we paid them an extra $75 to get the keys that someone locked in the front seat. The car was making strange sounds that weren't there before and next day her bumper fell off.
