    Dear ****************,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address the issues you have experienced with your vehicle's brake repairs.

We understand that you initially had the rear shoes, rear drums, and rear wheel cylinders replaced at our repair shop. When you returned to us with concerns about pulsation while braking, we promptly identified the issue and provided service (worn rear spindle nut replacement) at no additional cost. Subsequently, when you reported continued pulsation, we conducted another inspection and replaced the front rotors, again at no cost to you.

Despite these efforts, you informed us that the pulsation persisted and believed it was due to warped rear drums. Although we disagreed with this assessment, we respected your decision to seek a second opinion and have the rear drums replaced at another repair shop (First Stop Auto). To ensure your satisfaction, we refunded $300 for the rear drums upon their return to us on August 12, 2024. At that time, we mutually agreed this action would resolve your concerns.

We were surprised to receive your recent BBB complaint requesting a full refund, as it did not mention the warranty services provided or the refund you received. Given that we have already provided the agreed-upon resolution, we must respectfully decline your subsequent request for a full refund.

We value your business and regret any inconvenience you have experienced. If there are any additional concerns or if you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

Initial appointment was to determine why car was making squeaking sounds , it was then determined calibers were needed , after the consultation my hud caps fell of not even 24 hours on the highway , I then scheduled an appointment to get them fixed just to be told the day of I didn’t have an appointment and I would have to wait around until an opening becomes available on my work day. I then scheduled an appointment with the location and was told they did not have my caliber in stock and to come back next week , the location in orange park said it does not take parts a week to come in they come in same day , after the back and forth information I informed them I will get the calibers services somewhere else and I have a warranty with brakes 4 less for my brake pads and the gentleman scheduled me an appointment for my pads . I then took the day of to come to this appointment just to be told since I got my calibers done somewhere else that I forfitted my warranty and would have to pay out of pockets for break pads , when I asked for it to be showin in writing where it says that a client forfeits their warranty the complaints manager ****** stated he could not provide me that and that they are not giving me “free pads” who was also rude and impatient once I expressed the back and forth I’ve been having with the company and brushed me off when I stated I would file a complaint .

initial appointment for inspection was on 4/16/22 and the customer was advised the calipers would need replaced due to sticking if noise persisted (See attached invoice ******). Customer did not return until 1/27/23 almost 1 year later not 24 hours. During that inspection the customer declined all work including fixing issues with hub caps(See attached invoice ******). We have no control over what the customer approves or doesn't and no company will do warranty work on other companies repairs as the customer is stating they are requesting.
