  went in for engine light on it was diagnosed two times each time they said they could repair it first time it stayed off for about a month first time i paid ****** dollars second time diagnosed for the same thing this was on 3/14/2024 i paid ****** this time the light was back on 3/15/2024 at this time i dont think im dealing with trust worthy bussiness and on the way exiting the bussiness there was a return customer complaining about the same thing having to return for the same thing these people or immagrates it wouldnt suprise me if there are some illegal personnel working there as well i think that bussiness need to investigated

  the work was suposeily performed on two differant days 1st being 2/12/2024 for 250,00 dollars 2nd 3/14/2024 for 800.00dollars car is registerd to mrs ******* august ********************************************* 0322 ***** fargo card used

  regarding to the complaint ID: ********

  when customer came first time we diagnose the car the result was crankshaft sensor and we did replace it for $250

  second time it was over a month customer came with check engine light and when we diagnose the car result was to change Air flow sensor, VVT sonolide for $800. 

  that was the last time customer came or call the shop.

  As we were disgusted over the phone, did they go to a certified dealer to prove the check engine light came on from what job we did ?

  or did they come back to the shop to connect to the computer and check again what's wrong.

  they just fill a complaint.

  Here are some of the most common error codes youll find if the check engine light is on:

  • P0130: Oxygen sensor malfunction
  • P0131: Oxygen sensor low voltage
  • P0171: (Fuel) system is too lean
  • P0172: (Fuel) system is too rich
  • P0173: Fuel trim malfunction (means the fuel-to-air ratio is off)
  • P0200 to P0201: Fuel injector circuit malfunction. P0200 indicates a general malfunction, P0201 indicates malfunction in cylinder 1. 
  • P0300 to P0303: Indicates engine misfires. P0300 indicates misfire of multiple cylinders, P0301 to P0303 is related to cylinder 1 to 3. 
  • P0351 or P0352: Fault in ignition coils A (P0351) or B (P0352). Either can also indicate a general circuit malfunction. 
  • P0420: Low catalytic converter efficiency
  • P0430: General catalyst system malfunction
  • P0430: General catalyst system malfunction

  i was under the impression that this shop wAS CERTIFIED CANT BE  THIS IS A  BIG FRAUD AFTER SPENDING OVER 1000 THOUSAND DOLLOARS IN TWO SHOP VISITS WITHIN A MONTH FOR THE SAMETHING ILL BE A **** FOOL TO GO BACK THERE FORANYTHING  BEST BEING SAID I HAVE HEARD OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THAT SAME SHOP AT THIS RATE AND IN A MINORITY COMMUNITY I DONT SEE IT FAIRING OUT GOOD  THEY  TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A OLD PERSON FOR THER OWN GREED AND JUST THINK IF WE JUST HADNT LET THEM CROSS THAT WALL NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING YALL DO WHAT EVER YOU FELL THOSE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO REIMBURSE IM NOT FINE WITH IT BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS  WRONG         PS THERE 1000 THOSAND DOLLAR RICHER AND IAM STILL RINDING WITH THAT SAME ENGINELIGHT ON BUT GOD WILL PROVIDE   MAY THE **** ADD A BLESSING TO THE HEARERS

  the response here is are you kidding me certified dealer i thought this was a certfied dealership but cant be and asking me to come back there after two visits withing 60 days out of over 1000 dollars for the samething sir in case your not aware and im sure you are the economy today just wont allow that and even if somehow it did not there sir money doesnt grow on trees i was out of your one day before that same light came back one day sir 1 and unfortunately its still on and im out of 1000 dollars thanks foreverything sir

  PS sir i ment i was out of your shop oneday before that enginelight came back on 1day sir thanks foreverything how american is that for you its not and they keep letting these type people across that borderwall its gone only get worse that shop need to be investigated thahks again
