            *************************** from pro remodeling Florida Took Money 11/30/2023 to order windows and doors and to this day still 7/20/2024 will not provide proof of order nor has done the work. He claims after 2 times of returning the money since May and the day that he promises to return falls through. This is contractor fraud and ********** us our money back for services never provided.

            This business is fraudulent. They do not have a valid address or phone number. Their website is bogus also. We signed a contract to start the project all to no avail. They took money the and never started the project. ************************* kept telling us he was going to file a notice of commencement to file for construction permits, but never filed for the permits and took the money to start the job. He is a *****. If he comes to your close it in his face. Now he is not answering our phone calls.

            I entered into a contract with Proremodeling Florida, *************************** on 11/7/23 for construction work on my home and gave a $5000 deposit. He then asked for another $5000 to purchase material before "price increase". I provided and additional $2500 on 12/11/23. The material was never delivered and after numerous discussions on him getting permit, having issues, etc. I called building department to learn they have nothing on file for my project so he had been lying all along. I began requesting a return of deposit on March 1 and after various excuses he has yet to do any work or return my deposit.I feel foolish for being hoodwinked by a very good and savvy con artist.

            I met ** ******** on Facebook. He met me at the site and stated that he could start the next day. I signed a contract for over *** and gave ***** ********$*******. From there I was lied to and given the run around. He lied several times stating that he visited the city of Jacksonville to file and receive updates for permits. His lies delayed inquiries from me. Once I found out, I still gave him the opportunity to do the work. He stated that he would repay me. He has promised to pay me back for over six months. He has given me dates for payment and disappeared several times. I would just like a refund.
