  On March 15th 2022 I had a consultation with clear choice dental. At the end of the consultation spoke with ****** she Persuaded me into making a $1000 deposit for a smile design. If I paid the 1000.00 I could get in for a smile design quickly, after getting financing. She informed me that if i did not pay the 1000.00 on that day, it might be quite a wait when i decided to make the appointment. I was assured if I couldn't get financing for the dental implants or changed my mind I could at any time get a refund. I could not get financing and a family member passed away. I called to inform ****** that I would need my deposit back. She assured me it would be sent. After waiting a month , called her back and she assured me it had been sent. Never received it. Now 9 months later and numerous phone call with promises that it will be sent and numerous promises that my calls would be returned I am still waiting on my 1000.00 refund.

  I went for a smile design due to bad teeth. I was seen by a dentist and then a woman gave me an estimate of $15,000 for the work that was discussed. I was told it included 3-4 implant secured denture for the top and 2-3 implant secured denture for the bottom. I was given information in the office about a credit company that would lend me the money. I returned to have X-rays done and a mold done. I returned a third time to pick color of the material for the teeth and was told by the dentist that there must be confusion because the upper and lower work would be $25,000 dollars. I told him I could not afford this. He told me he could do just the top for $15,000 but I don't him I need bottom teeth to be able to eat. He said he could do the bottom for another $7,000. I told him I would have to think about this price, although the procedure had been scheduled. I decided not to go through with the $22,000 and attempted to cancel the appointment. I was not able to get ahold of anyone that could assist me with canceling. I went on the day of the procedure and told them I could not proceed. The credit company had already sent the dentist $15,000 and they said they would have the credit company refund $14,000. I will now have to pay $1000 plus interest for X-rays and a mold. If I had known the price was too much for me I would not have agreed and would not own $1000 or more dollars. I was never given anything in writing telling me it would be $25,000. I did not receive anything at all in writing. I had a stroke 6 years ago and live on social security disability. So now having to pay back this money will make it even longer before I can try to get some type of dental work to improve my eating. thank you.
