    My experience was exceptional from start to finish. ****** Sasser is a true professional. Sasser Services knows this business, are easy to work with and listen to what you ask for. They show up when they say they will and phone calls & texts are returned in a timely manner. All this AND more than fair prices -- yes really! Everyone on the crew was very courteous and professional from start to finish. I couldn't be happier! Every ************ they cut was done professionally... not butchered. The debris clean up they did was so awesome that you can't even tell they were here. Simply amazing. If I could give more than 5 Stars... I would. Schedule an appointment -- you won't be disappointed!

    I made the mistake of hiring this company to remove several trees from my property. I was told it would be a three day job and agreed to pay $4250 upon completion of the job. The job was supposed to start 6/28/22 and be completed on 6/30/22. They started on 6/29/22 and just completed the job today 7/11/22. When they presented their final invoice they wanted $5,650.83 They had all kinds of excuses and blame for the job taking so long and then accused me of giving them misguiding information as part of the reason the job took so long! This company clearly knows very little about tree removal or customer service.

    This company is nothing short of a nightmare! In a previous review submitted yesterday I explained the dates this company agreed to perform tree removal on my property. From the start there were issues. Their starting date was delayed a day, they could not take down one of the trees we had contracted to be included in the agreement as they discovered several days into the project that they would need a crane to remove the tree and they did not ***** a *****. What was supposed to be a three day job commencing on 6-28-22 to be completed on 6-30-22 ended up starting on 6-29-22 and was completed on 7-11-22 with nothing but bother the entire 13 day process. Yesterday was 7-11-22, the job was completed and I inspected the property. The trees to be removed were all situated in my back yard which is now completely torn up and they managed to tear up a portion of my front yard as well! The inspection determined that the trees had been cut down, removed and the stumps ground. I wrote a check and put it in the mail to the company. Today the company is threatening to put a lien on my property because I chose to pay by check rather than credit card. They have harassed me with text messages and emails all day long. I am a 70 year old woman trying to take care of my property. This experience feels like elder abuse to me!

    I do appreciate ********************** utilizing the BBB for complaints, however, this information is quite inaccurate. The job was started on time, not a day late, and with weather, among other conditions, we were unable to finish in time. ********************** changed the job in the middle, adding 5 more trees to be removed, as well as removing of a service from the approved estimate. We were continually lied to on access and available options to the property, which gave us a delay as well, we were hustled, but nonetheless, the job was completed. The invoice changed with adding 4 camphor trees and a palm to it, as well as the ***** grinding for each. ********************* agreed to pay the final invoice per text message after inspecting the property, but failed to.pay the full amount. Her payment was past the designated due date, which was to be paid by credit card as she wished. We have a promotional offer that ended the 10th of July, and woth her payment being late, she no longer qualified. Instead of paying upon completion, ********************** stated she wanted the payment to get to us later because the job had been delayed for various reasons. Weather in ******* can be unpredictable, and we cannot work our equipment during thunderstorms and heavy downpours. Though this could not be understood, ********************** continously harassed our employees as well as the company itself, screaming over conversations, calling everyone incompetent, and hustling the company out of it's honest work. This is a tree/landscaping company, we work hard, and we always complete the job. I apologize if she felt threatened by my actions of sending invoice reminders of her incomplete payment, but what is agreed upon is what needs to be paid. The lien isn't going to happen, she knows as well as I do that the amount missing would need to exceed $2500, and she is only short $750,83. We will just take it as a loss and get this woman out of our hair. She has been unreasonable and disrespectful, as well as using racial language against one of my employees who will no longer work with our company because of this. It was his first day, now he is turned off by the industry because of this.

    This case is unresolved. After speaking with "Seniors Versus Crimes" they understood that a business should be paid to as the terms per original agreement. We had come to an understanding that ***************************** would remove these comments/ complaint against Sasser Services and we would take the loss on the amount owed by *****.
