WORST NIGHTMARE BEWARE!Their crew burnt our outside A/C unit while replacing our roof. After 2 weeks of sweating in an 85 Degree house going back and forth with their careless field manager and GM, they finally agreed that it was their crew's fault and agreed to pay to fix our A/C system. We had a balance on the roof replacement and were told by their Field Manager *** to go ahead and have the unit replaced and send them a bill for the difference since the roof balance would not cover the total A/C repair. I asked him to send me the agreement in writing which he gave me the runaround and was never sent. After the A/C unit was replaced I immediately send the invoice for the difference they agreed to pay ($2,300). I have been calling, texting emailing, and even leaving messages at the office for *** for an entire week to get back to **** am beyond frustrated with this company on how poorly they handle customer service.I will be posting on ****** and every social media I can.

We've been working with this client regarding his HVAC unit. When we install roofs we protect the AC units with a mesh cover that breathes so to not regulate air circulation. Though on older units this can cause a strain which can cause damage. That is one of the reasons why we have in our contract about potential damage to the home during the reroof process. We additionally are indemnified in our contract regarding damage during construction if the there are code issues with homes and/or any aged system. We are protected from issues like this legally but we chose to try and keep the owner whole. While he said he sweated out for weeks, he also said in the complaint that it was changed out immediately which is confusing but nontheless, we informed him that we would have our vendors evaluate the issue to validate his claim. So yes it took a couple of weekes to get quotes, but when they did say that the older unit was more prone to damage we agreed to compensate the owner. So we are now running this through our accounts payable and he will be reimbursed in due time. His complaints of communication have merit and that is why we are conceding to help make this situation better, but he unfortunately wanted this process to happen overnight which we cannot do. Again, this is well covered in our contract agreement that the client signed, but we will be resolving this soon.

This company I would recommend to anyone. They did a great job and the price was better than three other estimates. We were extremely impressed by how hard they worked.

The WORSE experience I have had with getting work done on my house!!! The roofers broke my water softner, my screen on my pool enclosure , damaged my gutters, left black tar on the white trim of my house, and ended up with 3 leaks in my garage. That resulted in part of my ceiling falling down. Nails were left all over my yard After I asked multiple times for them to pick them up. One of their employees (*****)actually stepped on a nail that went through his shoe and puncture his foot!!! Now for the fun part.... they send a crew to fix the leak and the screen. They show up with a child!!! It's 100 degrees and out there is a 6/7 year old on a job site sitting in my front yard while the workers are watching ******* trying to figure out to fix my screen 3 hrs later. The job was not done correct and still had a leak in my garage! Its now over a month and I keep asking about my water softener, they can not seem to find anyone to fix it, so now I find someone to fix it. Have that company submit a quote and it takes a a little longer than a week of back and forth for it to be approved. So I had to meet the company with the water softener, meet the contractor to fix my ceiling, multiple employees on multiple days with the company bc of leaks, damage, the terrible BLACK flashing they put on my white trim on the ***** of my house, a REAL screen company, and a gutter company. It also failed county inspection 3times. Now they want to charge me the FULL PRICE OF THE ******** I guess all the days I moved my schedule around to be able to meet a contractor at my house, numerous phone calls, and time out of my day has no value to them. Oh wait ***** (the VP)offered to take off $260 for the extra plywood they had to purchase for my roof. $260 this project started at the end of May and went through to September. They act like bc they fixed what they broke they were doing me a favor. Stay far way from this company!!!!

Unfortunately this is a client whom lobbied us for rebates. When issues she had arose we addressed them fairly and even gave them the benefit of the doubt for claims they had no proof of us doing. We agreed to resolve them since we didn't have pre-work pics to state otherwise which was our fault. We resolved ALL of her claims and paid to get them done. She then lobbied for money off her final payment for her troubles which I did not agree with. We paid for everything to be resolved and though it didn't go perfect we did what we were contractually obligated to do. At final payment they are refusing to pay the final bill so as a contractor, we excercised our rights in our contract that they signed to remedy this dispute. We wish all of our jobs can go well but when someone is unreasonable and wants to take advantage of their leverage, the only thing we can do is protect our company and our reputation.

From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with my experience at Turnkey Roofing of Florida. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, prompt, and provided outstanding attention to detail. The work was completed on time. They went above and beyond to ensure all debris, nails, etc were clean up. I am very impressed with every aspect of their service. I highly recommend TurnKey Roofing of Florida.
