    I ordered shirts that did not fit. They charged me over $20 in shipping fees. They charged me to ship it, and to return it. My refund was only $49.63, and I paid $73.07. I would like to have paid for one time shipping.

    Shipping is a service provided and paid to the respective transportation company. This is a sunk cost and something we are transparent about during checkout and while setting up a return. We have issued a goodwill one-time refund of the return shipping fees in this instance. Thank you!

    We purchased 4 pairs of elastic insert work pants from Full Source on 4/28/23. Receipt is enclosed. This is the size and type pants we have always purchased. When they arrived they were not the correct size. I emailed the company. They asked for pictures. I sent them all they required. They wrote back saying there was a disclaimer stating the pants are one size when not worn and another size when worn. They said they would not exchange them for the correct size. Enclosed are the emails and a picture showing the pant size. All we want is to exchange them for the correct size.

    I placed an order online for 3 large uniform tops. When my package arrived, I had 2 Large and 1 Medium. I contacted them and they asked me to submit a photo of the Medium shirt. I did that and waited for my new one to come. It never did and I can only use 2 of the 3 shirts I purchased.

    We ordered 6 shirts from this company on January 2nd totalling $118. The company only shipped 1 shirt which was delivered on January 27th and will not ship the remaining 5 shirts to us. When we try to reach out to them they state that they have already shipped them. The tracking for the remaining shirts shows that a label was created on January 10th but was never shipped. The company is of no help in trying to resolve this issue or to refund our money for the shirts that we never received.

    I purchased an order of shirts from this company and requested an RMA to send them back and get the right color. I received *** * ********* and shipped them all back to the address provided with the RMA on the box and a print out inside the box. Shipped back to address: **** ********* ****** ******* ** *****. This was shipped back and delivered on 4/7/22 via UPS ******************. I cannot get either the refund which is owed of $293.70. I keep getting told they are behind 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, etc. Twice when I have requested a follow up I was told they never received my RMA and then they say "Oh, we are just behind". This is nearly $300 and I would help resolving this issue since I keep getting the run around.
