Horrible—is there an option for 0 Stars! System never works! I was lied to and told this would replace my electric bill. Over the 11 month I have had the system it has not worked for one full month. Does not communicate when they are coming Multiple times a month to supposedly repair. System sends me alerts when it is not working—Why?—fix your crap When it Is Not working. Why should I sit on the phone multiple times. Month to get no where with Grace on the phone.

Most recently, we returned to replace the trunk cable to further stabilize your ********* shown in the Enphase Events Report in your app, the errors you received had a maximum duration of 18 days, and Enphase has confirmed that some of these messages can be safely ignored, as they often resolve themselves. You can also see under the setting "lifetime" under graph, you will see that there are consecutive months with no system issues. The 2 error shown:"Devices failed to report" This error is temporary and typically resolves itself during the next reporting cycle."Gateway not reporting error" This indicates an internet connectivity issue but does not impact your systems ability to generate power.
