Hello. My name is ***** ******. This is my first time having issues with owing taxes and I got a hold of Community Tax for help on April 2024. I was so scared about all that involved when having to owe such big amount of money to the *** and State. The initial process was a bit lengthy, but they did take their time in explaining all. At the end there was a small bump in communication regarding the State payment, which got me anxious and I immediately communicated with my representative ******** ****. ( I was not happy and was very unfairly rude to him) , who immediately took charge of the issue and within one day got it all resolved. He was so patient speaking to me and restored my confidence back. I appreciate his kind demeanor and I thankful to him and his team, ***** ******* and ********* ******. They all worked hard for me. They did not make any promises that they could not achieved. Thank you again.

The process started August 19, 2020, Tax Community was to help me file taxes from ********* and to get a reduction in what was owed do to hardship. We are now in September 2024 and nothing has been resolved, so I determined to set up payment options for what is owed instead of continueing down this road of constent non-communicaiton and unresovled issues. I paid $12,000 for a service to help me and I am still paying the original amount owed to the ***. So they sent me a form 433-D (first one had no amount owed on the form and they wanted me to give them my bank account information to start drafting from my account, I asked them to resend the document with the amount owed so that I knew the starting point to what I owed the IRS.)I sent this from back to them 8/16/2024 to have them start drafting on September 1, 2024 and to date nothing has been drafted from my account to start the process of paying what I owe to the ***. Nothing has been communicated as to why they haven't drafted the amount from my account. This company hasn't communicated with me as I would have expected, and when they would call all they would as for a check stubs and bank statements. When I would inquiry why they would say "the *** is requesting" without any other explanation. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for help with the ***. I would recommend you get with a CPA to help with the process. I am ready to get this behind me.

I am very grateful to mrs. lleana N******, she does a spectacular job. She is always very attentive to all her work and performs excellently in what she does. Thanks to her I have made the decision to always do my taxes with Community Taxes since the workers do an incredible job.I am a very young person and these are my first years doing taxes and the truth is that whenever I talked about taxes or something like that I thought it was something very complicated, something I would never understand. But thanks to Community Taxes, now it is a piece of cake.

It Took a While to Create...It Will Take a While for It to Go Away I have to admit we were frustrated with the length of time it took to get the ball rolling but Once ************************* and her team got things moving we were happy with the results. As state tax agencies are very different from federal agencies and have less rules and regulations they have to follow it took a minute to get them to play nice. But **** and her team were persistent and got our payments in a range we could handle.

Estuve llevando un caso con community tax. El cual deberia pagar 4850 y ellos me **** ayudar con el tema de mi taxes. Al momento no pude pagar todo *** lo que hice un acuerdo y ya hubiese pagado *****. Ellos me pidieron que yo completara todas las formas y demas *** lo que no hicieron nada ** enviaron eso al IRS y no obtuve **ngn correo ** nada *** el estilo. Y cancelaron mi caso ahora ellos tienen 4049 dolares en su mano y mi caso aun no se resuelve. No se lo recomiendo ya que son muy irresponsables y solo estan pendiente al dinero y no en tratar de solucionar el problema del cliente.

I have been working with Community Tax and Teri P****** W***** to assist with a situation with my father. We are not complete with the process but Teri has been helpful in letting me know what information is needed, what to expect with this process and communication has been excellent. Calls are on time or ahead of my scheduled appointments and I am confident that we will eventually achieve the result we are expecting. I was told in the beginning of this process that it would take many months so I have been patient with each step and the team has been meeting expectations so far.

On July 8, 2024, I received the letter from the *** demanding the payment for 2016 taxes due in by July 29, 2024.I was not expecting such a letter after you told me that you have negotiated with *** "Currently Not Collectible" status. On April 29, 2024 , the *** filed a tax lien on my account in the amount $33K. In original contract you promised to provide a "personalized resolution strategy that uniquely fits my tax liability and desired objectives. You were supposed to provide "the most favorable outcome". In your original promise you said you will be dealing with my State, MA State Tax return and tax liability. In writing in the original contract from 12/08/2021 you said you will be dealing with the State taxes as well. After I signed the contract to pay you $10K with *****% interest which comes to $3,746.60, then you told me that you are not dealing with State Taxes. As the result of neglecting MA state taxes, not filling them on time, MA ********** of ******* put a lien on my bank accounts, and held my RE license renewal, so I couldn't work for a month. You didn't provide any "personalized strategy to meet desired objectives". You never provided me with any "efficient resolution" as promised in the original contract. I paid you the $10K fee, and I was expecting to be free of problems with the ***. According to what you have negotiated on my behalf - "The Hardship Agreement" is good only for 2 years and they can reverse their decision and go after me to pay those back taxes.I was expecting that you will be able to settle the amount, reduce it, and come up with a payment plan, so I will be free of any back taxes. I am very disappointed in your performance, how much money you took from me , and didn't provide the service I was promised in your contracts. You have been working on my case since Dec, 14, 2021 until now, which is 32 months ago. I was told by other Tax professionals, you can resolve this issue with the *** in 6 month maximum.
