            In July, 2021 we contracted with ********************** and Son Brick Pavers, *** after interviewing several other companies and also because ********************** and Son was referred to us by US Pavers. The project was for new patio installation which included 22 X 23 paver patio install and other paving projects. the total cost for pavers $12,800. We also contracted for a white electric pergola patio installation (22 X 15) at a cost of $29,600. The pergola was supposed to have electric screens, open and close on top and 2 fans. We originally asked for a door and found out later on Mr. ********************** could not provide the door. Since August, 2021, our pergola remains incomplete and in need of repairs due to Mr. **********************'s inexperience (we later found out) as well as his inability to fix the problems which occurred. He also did not want to get a permit for the pergola or the electrical work. We the homeowners had to take out the permits. We now have a structure which he has not been willing to fix and complete up to par. One side does not work and he has since taken the post and screen so we are only left with 3 sides which are screened. Not all lights are functioning and also the 3 screens do not drop to the bottom and off centered and one is pinched and curls. We have had to reach out numerous times to fix the issues. He also wanted to use a non-licensed electrician. We are now out of pocket trying to fix the remaining unfinished issues. We have no manual, no manufacturer and no warranty information. Mr. ********************** is unable to tell us who made the pergola or give us any information about the product and how to get help if there are any issues/problems. We have also not received any fans. Mr. ********************** should stick to pavers and stay away from the pergola business. He does not own up to his work and does not care about fixing the problems. Very disappointed in this business man. We would like the information about the manufacturer and the warranty. We are approaching hurricane season and one side is open.
