I am usually a skeptic when it comes to ordering products from unknown companies online. This time, however, I was very impressed with the product, service, and delivery of my order. I will keep Gunner Gear in my list of companies to use when searching for gun related products.

We take strong exception to your misrepresentation of events. Your original order was unfortunately lost in transit by ***** matter entirely beyond our control. To address this, we immediately offered you two fair options: a reshipment or a full refund. You initially chose a reshipment, which we began processing.
However, during this process, you made unreasonable demands, including requesting a second knife for free, which we could not accommodate. When we explained this, you escalated matters with insulting and inappropriate messages, false accusations, and threats to harm our business reputation. Despite this, we refunded your order in full and canceled the reshipment, as we will not tolerate abuse or baseless attacks on our team.
Let us be clear: we are a small, U.S.-based business committed to fairness and customer satisfaction. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to scammers and bad actors who aim to exploit our policies or mistreat our staff. Your continued false claims are unwarranted, and we will no longer conduct business with you.
We stand by our decision and remain committed to serving our valued customers with professionalism and integrity.
