Justin ********************** operates a business primarily focused on installing gutters (but he also does other handyman tasks for a fee). In May 2024, I hired Mr. ********************** to do gutter work at my residence. At the time of hire, I was unaware (and Mr. ********************** wasn't forthcoming and tarnsparentabout the fact) he has no credentials that shows he is a licensed/certified professional contractor (i.e., a "speciality contractor" license) and authorized by the state to perform the work I sought and paid him to complete. I have been informed that gutter installers as Mr. **********************, must have a Florida "specialty contractor" license to operate legally in this state. These are facts that Mr. ********************** knew or should of known at the time he accepted payment for doing work he had no license to perform. The work performed at my home by ********************** and his staff's was slipshod at best and complete negligence at worst. The gutter at my residence leaks and the door handles he iattached to the gates to my back yard are a mess and inoperable. On many occassions during this year when I brought these defects to Mr. **********************'s attention, he simply treated me in a hurried, disintrested and dismissive manner, lied to me and never made good on his promise to correct the problems. Mr. ********************** avoided me for several months since May 2024. Most recently when I contacted Mr. ********************** he promised to come by and correct the problems. However when Mr. ********************** came to my home he became loud, argumenative and openly hostile, in what I and others believe was an attempt to create a situation and avoid having to correct the defects in his work. Mr. ********************** ran into and destroyed my mailbox and mailbox post, then he refused to pay me for doing so. Mr. ********************** continued with his belligerent antics in front of my home until I was compelled to call the *************** and file a complaint about the mailbox. Mr ********************** has since said he wont good on his warranty **** ********************** must be exposed fand held accountable for his action

So what Mr. ******* is saying is untrue and the police can verify this. It is true that he called the police first only because I knocked over his mailbox that was going on which took longer than I anticipated. I simply had the car and drive let my foot off to break in my heavy truck and trailer. His mailbox knocked it over at that point he became extremely unreasonable aggressive towards me, which can be confirmed with the police report because they almost took him to jail and he started to come on me and threatening to beat me up so I was trying to get into my truck to get away from him so he started saying oh thats how you wanna do it and he ran inside to go grab a gun and thats where I drove off and called the police against him when the police went to his house, he became aggressive with the police, which can be confirmed the police report at this point to file the injunction against him so I can no longer go to his property through the Warranty he demanded $5000 for knocking over the mailbox for the warranty work that I was going to do on the Gutters. I even offered to pay that day for the damage but he refused to be admitted $5000 when I refuse to pay him $5000 for the damage of the mailbox he threatened me once again. I drove off and called the police and since Im in a junction against him, I can no longer go back to the house and you can no longer come near me. It is true that I do need a specialty near license to do gutter work here in ************* but not counties. Im in the process requiring that license so Im sure there will be some type of penalty which I am willing to accept, but all you have to do is look on my website to see that Im a 4.9 star company does not without reason. I do good work for people however I made a mistake and I was trying to correct it and he would not allow me to do so at this point theres nothing more I can do. My insurance will cover the damage to his mailbox, but he will not receive $2500.

I reject to Mr. *********************** he has not put forth any efforts to fix any of my issue. He had over 6 months to make things right which was never done. Still to this day nothing has been done. He has admitted to not having a license to be performing the services that he is offering.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *******
