    Good Day,On 10/21/24 a washing machine was purchased from Payless Appliances LLC. Contact was made several times and resolution as of today has not been reached. There is also no way to reach out to the business in writing via their website as their captcha security feature is malfunctioning. The product has been in a non-working condition from the time of receipt. Was brought back to the shop within the allotted warranty time frame on 3 occasions before repair could take place. Repair has occurred with only 2 days left in **************** was made with the business today to share that there is discomfort keeping the product as there is little time left to ensure that it is working correctly. Business owner stated the product was repaired and tested. The issue is that the product was not tested with any actual clothing in it and therefore the test is not sufficient to prove suitable use. I explained they sold a product in non-working condition, and I am simply requesting an exchange. The person became hostile raising their voice, talking over me, asking questions and then not allowing me to answer them, finally, they accused me of lying about the amount of attempts made to bring the product to them, at which point I shared the conversation was over and the product would be left there, neither seeking refund or exchange. The person then told my nephew who was present that they would not accept the product back and he could not leave it there. I did call back and speak with a male and share concerns so that they are able to address the gaps in service for future clients. The inability to connect with a person upon arrival and neglect to initially inform of technician schedule, delayed the time for repair and sufficient time for at home testing. As such I am requesting an exchange or 10 business-day warranty extension to allow sufficient testing of repairs. Thank you,

    This person has the incorrect businesss.  My business (that has been closed since February 2024) did not made this sale.  My business name was PAYLESS APPLIANCE INC, not PAYLESS APPLIANCE LLC.  ************ had been making a lot of bad business for many years, complaints that had been placed upon me because of the similarities of the names.  Please correct this issue.  I am sick and tired of receiving bad complaints that should have been address to them.  NO MORE PLEASE!
