Recently had some mold and water damage to my home. I went to Pro Master for their expertise on the matter. Absolutely fantastic mold remediation and restoration services. My elderly mother woke up in the early morning hours to a massive flood occurring inside her condo unit. Not knowing what to do, she searched the internet and found Pro Masters Cleaning Restoration who came out quickly. They located the source of her leak and immediately shut off her water meter off. While she contacted a plumber to fix her leak, her home damage was completely restored by Pro Masters. I would consider them first should you ever have the misfortune of household damage and is in need of restoration repairs and services.Review from Steven H

When my life was disrupted by a small electrical fire with LOTS OF BLACK SMOKE, Pro Master Cleaning Restoration were incredible. When they were finished, I felt like I was walking into a new house. They cleaned my house from top to bottom: the popcorn ceilings, the walls, the windows and jams, the floors, and all the surfaces...furniture, appliances, air ducts, air duct covers, cabinet doors, dryer vent...every surface. When the cleaning was finished, the paint was matched and professionally applied. The house was deodrized with hot thermal fog, no smoke smell detected when they were finished. Throughout this whole ordeal, they were very supportive.. I was a stressed out mess at times and they reminded me that they were the professionals and would take great care in restoring my home and they did a fantastic job at a great price! A few months ago I noticed mold growth in the shoe closet underneath the AC vent at my parent’s home. It appeared water had been leaking from the bathtub above into the shoe closet. In addition, the AC broke down providing the perfect environment for the mold to proliferate. After noticing the issue (a few weeks after the leak began), I googled for water damage repair and stumbled upon Pro Master Cleaning. I spoke to Joshua who I must say was VERY respectful, and equally professional. We discussed the situation and scheduled for an assessment of affected area. Joshua arrived with an associate who analyzed the shoe closet with various gadgets like mold and moisture sensor. We saw the direction they water came from and how much had pooled in the walls. We discussed the potential cause, potential age of occurrence, exposure to the area, and expected remedy with an anticipated repair estimate. After a thorough discussion with the family, it was concluded to seek other remedies due to multiple financial burdens at the time. We ultimately did not move forward with Pro Masters Cleaning but I would certainly recommend this business to anyone needing it. 10/10Review from rosarito a

Woke up one morning, stepped on a soaking wet carpet in my bedroom! Googled companies specializing in water damage. Three companies came up...1 ...charging $$$ just to come in for assessment of the situation....2....ProMaster....libre(free) assessment (who does'nt like the word FREE!) Came father and son....gave a quote...yes! I agreed! Crew came the following day... I didn't bother calling the third one! Adherence and performance to the job at hand....just excellent to a T! This company was tremendous they sucked up the water from my condominium after a fire broke out in a unit down the hallway of the 4th floor!! Joshua was wonderful and that’s the least to say about his crew that was here helping us all!!Review from Milena V

I had a leak in my kitchen that went undetected for a while. It created mold behind my cabinets and on my cabinets. Pro Master and the team were super helpful throughout the whole process. They communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommended them!Review from Jose L

So want to inform to everyone that I had the best experience from promaster24/7 from the beginning to the end they where always very detailed with anything they where doing on the process of my house I would recommend them to anyone with any water damages very detailed with there work especially the owner always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done right so yes I am a proud client thank you againReview from Jessica G
