************* is horrible. We stayed at the resort for 4 nights with our daughters for their birthday, when i made the reservation, the *** mentioned that they would have something special for my daughter's birthday even though we weren't expecting anything but now we were. Needless to say, they looked at us like we were idiots for asking what was planned when we got there. The WORST thing was that when we checked in the attendant stated that we had enough points for a free night and that it would be applied with no problem...needless to say when we checked out they were very rude and charged us for every night saying that the attendant was wrong and that it had to be done "online" and they blew us off very rudely. We will no longer stay at any Marriot anywhere.

ICE parking is $40with fees and is excessive for 30+ minutes. When parking is this much and not based on an hourly rate, it becomes scam like, especially since it is more than a single ticket to the event. Prices may be posted, but are not easily visible.

I was against going to ICE this year because I refuse to have to pay more for parking than the entrance to the show. A friend of mine found the tickets to the ICE show for a good deal and asked me to go and split the cost of the parking which online the Marriott website said parking was $28. The show itself was beautiful as usual. The walk through takes about 30 minutes, I found this exhibit shorter than previous ones. When we went to pay for parking the actual charge was $38 and change. I brought up the fact that online it says $28. The parking employee replied we are aware of it , other customers brought it up and we told management but they haven't updated the price online. I mentioned the customer is right, people make plans based on what's on your link. I asked for a manager and all he could say is the new price is $38... The parking employee said the hotel is owned by Marriott and they make the changes and Gaylord is a 3rd party and they cant change the prices. I mentioned to him its Marriott's website that has the parking for $28 and you guys are saying $38. anyways I still had to pay the $38. This was uncalled for and they need to get their crap together and be honest. They charge more than Disney for parking. At least Disney is all day parking, with ICE I wasn't even there 2 hours.
