My fiancee ordered his products and they where never sent and he will not issue a refund he is a scammer please don't fall victim to his products or classesReview from Edris R

He does not deserve any stars but I'll give him one because he is very talented and a fellow manicurist. Nuni Torres is at this point a scammer. I am a manicurist looking to get back into doing nails again and one night I was up looking through supplies and his live poped up on Instagram feed.... I felt so bad for him because he said he was going out of business because was having some bad luck. August 26th, 2023 he did a scoop sale. $15 per scoop plus $10 for shipping! I was so excited to have something from the famously talented **** Torres' personal collection and it motivated me to get back into it. I bought 2 scoops totaling $40. Today is March 20th, 2024 and I still have yet to receive anything from him. I have sent multiple emails, DM's on both Instagram and TikTok, I sent messages to customer support on his site, I sent messages VIA chat on his site, called and texted 2 different cellphones. Nothing!. I paid him on cashapp so needless to say I can't get my money back. I know people would say it's only $40 but it's more than that to me. It's the principle! As I looked for different ways to contact him I found that others have been through the same thing. I hate this as the nail tech community is the most messed over in the beauty industry. People don't want to pay us and sometimes they rather go where it's cheaper and get less quality for their money. He had such a rough time in life and I honestly feel like it's KARMA.
