    Im based in the U.K. and believed this companies website was also based in the U.Kas when I did a ****** search for the item I was looking for, found it offered by this companytheir website displaced the pricing in Great British Pounds making it appear it was a U.K. site. Upon placing the order on Applepay, the pricing suddenly doubled after clicking proceed due to shipping costs (making it apparent this wasnt a company based in the U.K.). Upon receiving the order confirmation, I immediately emailed the address noted asking to cancel the order due to the abovethen received a bounce-back saying the email address doesnt exist. I tried again thinking it was an errorbut again received the same error. Ive tried calling the company, but their phone number simply says to email themIve tried emailing a different address noted on their website but also received no response. *** also tried messaging their ******** account and have yet to receive a response. Ive never encountered a business that operates like this, making it appear fraudulent where there is no way to contact them to simply cancel an order that has yet to be shipped (the money has already been taken from my Bank account)its completely unacceptable (together with the fact their website automatically converted pricing into Local currency, making it falsely appear like they were a U.K. business).

    purchased a water bottle on September 25 in hopes of recieving it soon so I can give it to a friend as a **** gift. I even paid extra for the shipping and website states orders would ship out in ***** hours. It's been plenty more than ***** hours. I'm asking for honesty and clarity in regards to my order as to where my order is or if it's even gonna ship. I've tried contacting them Via phone number which states to Email the store but upon Emailing them it says the Email address is invalid. So as far as I'm concerned, did I just fork over my money to a business that doesn't even actually exist?? If that's the case I want my money back and this mess of a 'business' to be shut down IMMEDIATELY

    I ordered a purse on February 25. There is conflicting information with the shipping but the first page I found said shipping would start two days after the purchase the second page I found said it would be shipped in a week from ordering. I have been waiting with Response. The phone number does not work and the emails are not valid. Also no response on social media. I am seeking a refund and for the business to be closed down due to numerous complaints of quality and service.

    Hello, your website is slandering other Haunted Houses when you describe your venue as state accredited virtually assuming yours is one of the better, as a person in the former management field I can tell you right now the Travel channel could decide to revoke their award they gave you, Halloween is not a contest friend, it is way to celebrate the dead, but not make fun of them. Specifically you wrote "We're not your typical "boardwalk" style haunted house with cheesy skeletons. " Objection, Exparte 12.980, that is unfair and mean, Boardwalk Dark rides are totally different then your attraction and you should not compare the two, today modern haunts are trying to remove blood and weapons as that is a unfortunate trigger to some people, if you have the financial means for certain props that is only a accounting directive, not to be used for media or press, thanks. Exhibit 2 "We have state-of-the-art animatronics, special effects and live actors. The manor features two floors of scares, dark areas, strobe lights and your group is left in alone. Unlike other haunts that bunch groups up, we keep everyone separated for the best and most terrifying experience." Can you provide maps for emergency exits and can you make an alternative route for people who are in wheelchairs to enjoy your ride, avoid commenting on people's differences and respect Ada, the American Disability Act. Also if a group asks to go through together, this is a Clery act Request, created after a Freshmen in college was tragically sexually assaulted and murdered in her own dorm room by a fellow student, the student ended up facing the death penalty ************* and we are mourning Jeanne and Howard's Death Everyday. Other than that thanks for having me as a customer but remember, no bullying, no slander and enjoy the shows. Please install ***************** *** *********************** at Your Attraction and Also We Need a Cab Company for Shows that End At 1am/2am. We were left stranded.

    Ordered the until death do us part sweatshirt for a special gift and paid for expedited shipping. The wrong sweatshirt was sent. I took pictures and attempted to call several times and sent several emails before I finally got an email response the following day. The customer service is deplorable. They agreed to send out a return label and send me the correct sweatshirt. It has been over two weeks now and no one has responded to my calls or emails. I never received a return label or my replacement sweatshirt and I am out $60 for an item that I did not order. I will never do business with this company again!

    I purchased a shirt from this business's online store. When the shirt arrived it was too small ( it was not even close to the measurements of similar shirts I own of the same size ). Normally not a problem, I would just exchange it for a larger size or request a refund. I emailed the company and asked for their procedures for refund or return. They did not respond. After a week, I decided to just call them. I called their business number for two days at all hours of the day and let it ring for a long time. They NEVER answered the phone. It was only when I went back to the web page to see if there was any other way to contact them that I noticed in very tiny print all the way on the bottom of their webpage the phrase " no refunds or exchanges ". I have never heard of a business selling clothing on line that does not allow refunds or exchanges. It can never be predicted how something will fit. Does this business get to hide that phrase in tiny print on the bottom of their page and then get away with keeping my money for an item that not only didn't fit but was also not representative of the size they claimed it was? Not to mention the fact that they don't respond to emails or answer their phone? This whole business seems like a scam and I hope the BBB can do something about it!
