    I purchased a Groupon for a rage room for two. The instructions said to email them with your codes and reservation request. I emailed and followed up several times without a response. I finally called and was told I wasnt responded to because I didnt give them information that they didnt ask for. They marked my Groupons as redeemed so they would get the payment but refused me my reservation. I tried to reach out for resolution and they still refused me a reservation or refund. They began emailing me and harassing me with threats and spreading personal information about my place of employment.

    Customer bought a Groupon and contacted us about booking a reservation for her we didnt have the exact time she wanted and asked her to pick another time customer did that we sent customer tickets then customer contacted Groupon after we sent her tickets and tried to get her money back like a week before her reservation. ******* denied her request for a refund because her tickets were redeemed. We have to redeem tickets in order to make reservation. Customer contacted us again and told us Groupon wouldnt refund them we didnt even know she request a refund because we had set a reservation for her she continued to ask us for a refund but that is up to Groupon not us. Customer continued to Call  and email us with harassment she told us she will shut us down if she dont get what she wants she also stated she always wins. She told us she will spread rumors on media and reviews and make sure no one will ever come to us again. She continues to this day to make childish harassment phone calls

    I am rejecting this response because:

    vendor response is riddled with lies. I was not contacted about requested appointment not being available. I was not asked about what better times would work. I was not given an appointment that worked for me.

     

    I called ONE time and was treated incredibly rudely. I did not make any of the alleged threats and have the full email threads to prove that I was repeatedly asking for a refund but never threaten the vendor. I have proof of them blackmailing me threatening to tell my employer lies. They also mocked me calling me a liberal snowflake and that they always win 

    the vendor is continuing to lie, cheat, and scam people  it is incredibly disheartening to see such business practices and disgusting behavior.
