I tried to make reservations as soon as the reservation window opened, and in less than a minute was completely full. I got a reservation for the 3rd day I was in town, but the bus was completely full and the driver wasnt even checking for reservations. He also kicked me off the bus immediately because I had an open drink. I went off to throw it away and he left my daughter and I behind. What service only provides transportation for 50 people 2 times a day AT ************???

Our company provides transportation services in the ******* tourist area through contracts with local hotels. These hotels determine the type of services we provide based on their unique needs, budgets, and requirements. As part of this arrangement, hotel staff are responsible for notifying and guiding their guests about the available transportation options. Unfortunately, we do not have a record of any direct communication from this guest regarding their concerns. Without being made aware of the situation at the time, we were unable to address or resolve it. Had our management team been contacted, we would have gladly worked to accommodate the guest and resolve any issues promptly. We regret any inconvenience this guest may have experienced. We remain committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services and encourage all guests to communicate directly with us or through hotel staff should they encounter any issues. Charged 5 times for a single van to airport. It’s been 3 weeks and still waiting on 3 of the 4 refunds. Was supposed to be $91 trip, was charged $455Maingate Transportation Response
