  I need help getting a refund for the amount of $1,400 for the service of weight loss I got scam from this practice call Bionutrition Research located in 7380 W. Sand Lake Road, Suite 500 in Orlando, Florida. I have paid for services in October 2021 and I was told by "Dr. Wendy C********" that I could start the program at any given time, I decided to wait after Christmas to start the program so I went to see my Doctor on February 2022 to bring the protocol to make sure it was appropriate base on my health as to what my Dr. explain it was not a healthy way of losing way since the basic of the program was restricting calories intake and there was a lack of nutritional value which he recommended not to do it. I reach out to the office via text message to inform of my Dr. recommendations and Gabriel who's the "C*********'s husband said that unfortunately I cant get a refund due to I signed a contract and it was stated that there was non-refund. I explain that I have not use the products and they are still new since I couldn't do the program but clearly they do not care about their consumers. I write a review in ****** to inform other customers of my experience so that no other people are scams but my review never got posted because why? Perhaps they pay ****** to post fake reviews of 5 stars. I believe this practice is taking advatange of vulnerable people to profit with no remorse. Like my Dr. said, common sense says that if you eat only 1 meat with only 1 vegetable with no starch, sugars or carbs anybody could lose weight, I didn't have to give away $1,400 for something I already knew. I will call the news and if possible take them to court. They are both VERY PERSUASIVE and the trick they use is apparently putting the palm of one hand in a machine that let one knows what food you body could metabolize better for faster weight loss. I work very hard for my money and I feel this 2 people are a BIG SCAM, in my opinion this business should be CLOSE!!

That day she did not buy the program and returned to buy it on October 15th 2021 where she was once again explained what the program consists of and was given a contract that she read, agreed and signed it, where it is explained that a Once the Sean of **** ***** is performed, all the information and supplements are delivered, many of which are homeopathic (once the product is delivered, its handling and storage determines its useful life) for which we specify in the contract that there is no return. Mrs. ****** ***** works as a manager at ************ which is a******* Center (information provided by her) and she had all the time to evaluate the nutrition program we offer before buying it. We do not understand how she can say that our program is a scam when she has not done the same and she saw the excellent results in her friend Mrs. ************** where she lost 27.4 pounds in 44 days. She also does not explain what scientific basis they support to indicate that she cannot make a nutrition program based on ecological, natural, and organic foods that the client can buy in the supermarket of her preference. All our clients who have done the program have obtained excellent results, and among many of them we have; Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, Gym Trainers, Athletes, Police, Court Personnel, Members of the Orlando Metro Chamber of Commerce, Teachers, Entrepreneurs, among many other clients inside and outside the country, real people who are willing to give testimonials of our nutrition program. This is the first time that a person complains about the program without having done it and seeing the results of her friend Mrs. **************, she lost 27.4 pounds in 44 days. Thanks to our quality and good results we do not have the need to pay for any advertising medium since all our clients are referred by doctors or people who have already done the program and have obtained very good results, which is why I reiterate the Mrs. ****** ***** came to us through a referral from her friend **************, she lost 27.4 pounds in 44 days, and because she herself verified the results that had been obtained.
