            We had this contractor install our septic system and well. We have only been in the home 14 months and our well has stopped working. All electrical has been checked by a licensed electrician and the pump is the only component left in the equation. Our septic system already failed once and has had to be pumped to which this company replied it was the counties problem as the performed the percolation test. We want this issue with our well resolved immediately or the next step will be to have them in court.

            This septic system was installed over a year ago (we give 1 year warranties as a company) this system was installed April 14, 2022. We came to check the system on June 2, 2023 (even after the one year **** trying to help a customer). The install was inspected twice by Marion ************************ it gets a construction inspection and then one once the system is covered. We went out in June 2023 to check this system and told them it seemed that the drain-field sand underneath was not percolating as it should and that they had to get in touch with the ***************** as they are who issues permits and until they revised or re-issued a permit we wouldn't know what the County would require. We go on there guidelines for all septic installs.  

             

            As far as the well complaint here we have NEVER been called for a well issue for the residence until 8pm Thursday night as the office is closed and ******************************* left some really nasty messages we then responded at 4am when we got into work and told them we would send someone and then they turned around and filed this complaint with this complaint we are not putting our crew on a property with a hostile customer. So now we will not be coming to the residence as all warranties have been expired.
