    I went to purchase a mower at the location minute from me in *******. Attemped to finance thw proceeded to pay full price. I asked price with tax the guy said taxes and fees included $4099.00. Only had one is Lake City. I agreed ro deive their as was told to ask for *****. I got there was headed to wrong door and saw another door open by a lady and a guy going in (do not knwo if he was employee or not) I walkwd behind him and was immediately stoppwd and ask could i help you what do you needs, no ones allowed in there. I said i was sent to buy a mower from *****. ***** had an emergency. She got the owner who let me in and we proceeded. I told the owner I was using my DR-13 certificate for tax exempt. She said ok. Another customer had walked in behind me. Finally she says I can’t use this for no tax. I said yes, it is for seevices that I offer and it states that it can be uses for resale of services. She replied no you can do an ag form I said my certificate if for anything use for sales of services. She said I’m not doing it hnless you selling the mower i said ok then i will sell it. She then said nope now I’m not because i don’t believe you. I said it it will be for sale but I will use it for services and i can sell brand new or used items with my certificate. She said i don’t like your attidude and i don’t believe tou. I stated “you can not tell me what I am using in my business. I’ll ask my laywer about it.” She said I’m not selling you anything get out. I said no, I’ve came this far and dealt with your rep, charge me the tax for now. Finally we finished the transaction after me telling her she can not determine what i do with my purchases for me and she knows that. In the end, she not only charged me taxes that were supposed to per the rep. said as well as website but she charged me another 4% for debit. When the guy left, she became a different sweet lady. My complaint, it felt like racial discrimination in the presence of another. The buy was not for personal
