    Website descriptions of products are not accurate. Company fails to provide accurate shipment information in a timely, reasonable manner. Does not call as they state they will. Refuses to adhere to advertised garuantee on website, refuses to refund for fully defective batch of unusable product. Refuse refund despite sending photos multiple times as said is required via email, chat, and then email again after even more phone calls; With all photos displaying known issues addessed for all items, of poor image quality, incorrect image color, additional eyesores by the company on every canvas - which was not part of the website description which has proven to be descriptive and misleading. In addition to all items being defective and of unusable quality; despite sending photos of multiple items displaying physical damage/ defects upon arrival, Company is claiming only one out of 7 of the fully defective and unusable items qualifies for a replacement. Half of my order has still not arrived Despite paying additional money for expedited shipping as all of these were required on a deadline. Company never called back with missing shipment information as they stated they would. Company is refusing to refund for defective items, etc.

    I ordered 2 blankets from them I received the second one I ordered but never received the first one. You can't get a live person on the phone. They will send you a few emails and just stop responding. They are clearly a scam company and at this point I fault Groupon as well to endorsing them. I want my money back for this botched gift. I ordered this as a birthday gift a month and a half ago and still nothing.

    I ordered 2 metal prints from Printer pix on 12/8/24. Their site says guaranteed delivery before Christmas. My prints arrived on 12/28/24. The quality of the prints was horrible. I contacted customer service 3 times. After they knew I was dissatisfied, they ignored my emails. I asked for a refund or a reprint and they never got back to me. Horrible customer service, they don't stand behind their work and they false advertise " 100% Satisfaction Guarantee"

    Printerpix can eat printer ***. I placed a $180 order for several large prints. When they arrived, they were mangled and bent. This was not a delivery issue. The box was undamaged, they were packed this way by Printerpix.I called customer service and was told I had to send them an email *sigh*. I emailed them and someone named ***** ******* responded right away. At first he seemed helpful, apologetic, and responsive. I asked for a refund and he offered an expedited replacement of the prints, instead. I replied by stating that I don't trust their product to arrive undamaged since it couldn't be packaged properly in the first place, and I would rather just have a refund issued. That's when ***** went silent. I sent 5 emails to *****, and cc'd their general customer service inbox, asking for a response, and I heard nothing from them. Classic *****.I filed a claim with my bank to claw the money back from these grifters. My bank investigated them, and, after several weeks, and likely being notified of the bank claim, they finally emailed me to say that they had been busy and were reaching out to see if I'd like those replacement prints to be sent. Ha ha, no thanks, *****, take it out of the paycheck of the fat-thumbed goon in your packaging ************* bank closed the investigation case and issued me a full refund.I wouldn't order from Printerpix again if I had a life-threatening illness and my prescription could only be printed on the difficult-to-find 16 x 24 size that they offer.

    ******** customer service. I have contacted them so many times and they ignore me. I had a huge issue with a voucher I bought and needed assistance that I never got. I then asked for a refund and they refuse to respond.

    We ordered a calendar from PrinterPix on Dec 16, and were given the option of receiving it in time for Christmas if we paid ~ $55 in shipping. The calendar itself cost half that, but we paid the extravagant shipping fee because the calendar would be particularly meaningful for its recipient, who was visiting us from out of town for Christmas. The calendar did not arrive by Christmas. It did not even arrive by New Year's Eve. It arrived late in the day on Jan 2, long after our guest had left. Requests to PrinterPix for a refund of the shipping charge were met with an offer of a free mug on our next order. We don't want a mug, and we won't ever be ordering from PrinterPix again.

    Terrible customer service of almost a 2 week delay of my photo book and no updates to my online profile of a new estimated time of delivery. Though the price is good, this company is unreliable with the timeframe they say you can expect to receive your order. I do not recommend this company. Also in their website it says that ********** provides a 4.5/5 rating of their company, but ********** is showing a 3.2/5 rating. This company needs to update their website and stop deceiving prospective customers.

    Still waiting on my order that I paid extra for so it would be guaranteed by Christmas. ******** customer service. Would have cancelled if I didn't spend two weeks designing the photo books. Will never use again. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

    Terrible Experience with Printerpix USA Poor Quality and Unresponsive After Return I had an extremely disappointing experience with Printerpix ***. I placed an order (Order #CO60R94447[64483321]) and received prints of shockingly poor quality. The pictures were shabby, washed out, and completely lacked the vibrancy of the original images I provided. Initially, I contacted customer service and was assisted by a representative named *****, who instructed me to return the product for a refund. I followed their instructions, returned the product to the address provided, and even shared the **** return receipt as proof. However, once the product was returned, all communication from Printerpix ceased to be meaningful. I only receive automated replies full of generic apologies, and despite repeated follow-ups, no one has processed my refund or even responded to my inquiries. This is not just bad service; it feels like outright fraud. Printerpix's inability to honor their promises and their complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. ***** this company at all costs. They deliver poor-quality products, and their customer service is a nightmare. I regret ever ordering from Printerpix and would strongly advise others to steer clear.
