            August 16th 2022 I took my 2005 Toyota Highlander to have an interior detail at 1:30 pm. I walked across the parking lot to a restaurant where I looked out the window and saw my car around back of the building that Showroom Finish Uses for their business, pressure washing the inside of my vehicle! I had a friend pick me up to rush me back home to get my kids off the bus in Lakeland, and left my car to be picked up by a friend. This friend brought my car to me around 3:20 pm with the entire interior of the car sobbing wet. The car was not clean, stunk for days trying to dry, and the owner refused me service when I asked for a partial refund. The owner told me I was not allowed to watch my car be finished when I expressed my concern for it not being handled properly. I have all texts with this owner named Tyrone, and pictures of the interior of my car not being cleaned after it was returned to me.
