On September 24th 2019, BBB sent correspondence to RentProductsOnline requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer generally.
On November 26th 2019 BBB reviewed its most recent generally and determined that the pattern of generally continues. RentProductsOnline has not provided a response to BBB correspondence.
BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed. Better Business Bureau Serving Southeast Florida & the Caribbean (BBB) is issuing a warning against the company RentProductsOnline.com, due to a high volume of recent consumer reports alleging that orders are not fulfilled and generally are not answered.
Since January 1, 2020, we have over 32 consumer generally regarding non delivery and non-communication of customer inquiries. 12 of these are awaiting a response. 9 generally were closed due to non-response. In 2019 there were 128 generally, 42 of which were closed for non-response.
In September 2019, the BBB initiated a Pattern of Complaint investigation and requested a formal response from the company. We posted a public advisory on our webpage of the action and non-response from the business. We have received returned mail from the last address on file but continue to receive generally. The website does not list a physical or mailing address and our attempts to get updated contact information have been unsuccessful.
BBB reminds consumers to do background research on BBB.org before making purchases of goods or services.
Consumers who believe the business operates in a non-professional, misleading or predatory fashion are advised to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, or their state's Attorney General.
