  My roof is leaking. we hired Advanced roofing however *********************** wrote a letter to advanced roofing stating the leak was documented as a pre existing leak. The roof is leaking as of 02/05/2023. I have photos and a witness. Because of *************** ***orrect letter, Advanced roofing failed to correct the leak. I want a refund to The Manatee condo *** due to **************** ***orrect letter. He should also step down as a consultant for the Manatee.

  Good Evening BBB,

  I'm Responding to this Complaint Unjustly  brought Against Me/*********************** & My Company/Roof Advisors Inc. There was Nothing in my email to Advanced Roofing that ****************************/Unit # **** is Referring to that was Incorrect. You can Verify the with the Manatee Condominium's  President of the ***** of ********** *************************** *************), **** ***************************** Condominium's  Vice President of the ***** of *************** *************) & the Property Manager of the Manatee Condominium, ***************************** *************). 

   The New Roof is Not Leaking. Due to the Most Recent Complaint from ****************************/Unit # **** on 2-5-2023 that he had Rainwater Intrusion, Roof Advisors did the Following to Resolve the Issue. On 2-7-2023 My Senior Field Inspector Till Pferdekamper met *********************** with Advanced Roofing & ***********************/Manatee Condominium/President-BOD to Investigate the Rainwater Intrusion. There were No Defects in the New Flat Roof however; ****, **** & ***** Found Large Cracks in the Perimeter Parapet Wall Exterior Stucco Right in Line with ***********. There were Elevated Winds on 2-4-2023 of 32 MPH that lasted for Nine-(9) Hours & a 1/2" Inch of Rain Fell. This would Allow the Wind Driven Rain to Infiltrate Through the Cracks in the Parapet Walls & Run into ***********. I have Forty-Five Years of Roofing Experience at a High Level. My Roofing Intellectual Property Told me from the Start that the RainWater Intrusion was Not the New Roof Leaking. The New Carlisle 135 Mil PVC/***************** Highly Reflective Roof System Carries a Thirty-(30) Year Material & Labor "No Leak" Warranty Including "Accidental Punctures".

  The Rainwater Intrusion in *********** is Not a New Flat Roof Leak. It has Been the Stucco Exterior Perimeter Parapet Wall the Whole Time. Flat Roof Leaks are Not always Easily Remedied, you have to Take a "Process of Elimination" Approach. I Feel as Though Roof Advisors Inc, has been Working Diligently to Solve the Rainwater Issue in ***********. RAI has Now Found the Root of the Problem. RAI has Recommended *********************** of Manatee Condominium to Patch & Seal the Existing Cracks to Stop the Rainwater Intrusion in Unit # ****.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I don't think he read the letter **************** wrote. It paints me as a ***** condo owner with no leak and no reason for Advanced roofing to take ANY action to correct the leak that is still leaking as of 02/07/2023.  He and **************** have painted me as a liar. Why are we paying Roof Advisors to write letter to the roofing company that wont correct the leak. That makes no sense. He should represent the Manatee and help Advanced Roofing to realize there is a leak and how to correct it.

  Good Evening BBE.

  I Stated in my Last Response that we did find the Source of the Rainwater Intrusion into ****************************' s ***********. The Source is a Crack in the Exterior Parapet Wall, Not the Roof. *************************** the Manatee Condominiums President of the ***** of ********* is Having the Stucco Wall Repaired. I Put all this in my Last Response to BBE. **** ************ Did Not Read my Response. I don't know what else to do ? He is being Unreasonable. When My Inspector met with Him all he Could do was Shout Obscenities' & **** Language & be Unreasonable.

  I have Attached the Last Inspection Report & Photos as well as the Weather History.

  I am rejecting this response because: No one ever told me the crack on the outside of the roof was the issue. They did state time after time that the damage was from the past. ***************************** was asked to leave because he stated the damage was from the past. However it wasn't from the past. It was new. It has gotten worse. **************** should talk to *****************************. When ****************** stopped by on the 7th of February to see the leak, he admitted he was mistaken about the damage. Plus ******* works for Advanced roofing.  The leak correction has been delayed for months due to *************** and who ever his consultant is.

  **************** has NEVER been in my unit and relied on the wrong photos.  And incorrect information.
