I can not share enough the disappointment I feel in allowing myself to buy a couch from this store. The manager of the store let me know that no one above him in the company will speak with customers and he was right! Wish I would have read these reviews and seen their F rating first! Buyer Beware! Salesman was a nice person but because of their mistake I was forced to then deal with the store manager who's customer service skills are seriously lacking. After contacting executive offices I was informed that the Regional Manager would contact me. They then informed me that there was nothing to contact me about since my delivery was made and I was happy with my product.Review from Betty M

Great experience. I told ***** what I thought we were looking for and he took us directly to furniture that was perfect. Didnt find bookcases I think we want, but were very pleased with the sofa and loveseat we found.Review from Amy R

***** at the *********************, ** ******** store provided excellent customer service. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture that they carry in the store. We will definitely return to the *** store in the future.
