This business constantly blocks our customers from being able to enter/exit our business plus blocks traffic from going in and out of the parking lot.

We certainly do apologize about what occurred, and will do a better job in the future of parking where it is best both for our customers and surrounding community. If you ever encounter this happening again, please contact our local office ************ and ask for ***************************. I am one of the managers here at Two Men and a Truck and will make sure we have the truck moved so it isn't blocking any incoming traffic or your clients.

On 09/28/2023 Two Men and a Truck moved us from ********************************************************* to ************************************************************ The driver had an accident backing up and ran into the gutters over the garage of the new house. They took pictures and filed an accident report. After speaking with the claims manager he sent some one out to fix it. The damage to the gutters was something this repair man felt like he was not qualified fix and he reported that to Two Men. Then they sent out a gutter expert to evaluate the situation. I was told by the gutter guy that all the gutters would need to be replaced because they dont make that size gutter anymore. Thats when communication with Two Men broke down. I called the claims department and got nothing but the run around about solving the issue. No one has called or emailed me to get this issued solved or let me know what they intend to do or not do. It is my understanding that the fix cost more than the move cost.(770.00) On November 30 was my last communication with ******** who said that the operation manager was waiting to hear back from the owner but that he would get back to me to explain. No one has been in touch with me since December 1,2023. I just want communication from the company.

First and foremost we apologize for this response taking so long, as there has been so much been back and forth on the steps needed to take place. The first estimate was for the all the gutters to be replaced, so we had to submit it to insurance. The adjuster kicked it back because it was too expensive to do the whole repair. Thankfully, there is another company who was willing to go out this week for a different quote. The owner was in contact with ******** to let her know about the partial repair rather than the complete replacement. We are hoping this should be resolved within the next two weeks, and will follow up with her to make sure it has all been taken care of. Again, our sincerest apologies for taking this long in remedying the situation. ******** has been nothing but kind and patient, in which we are grateful for!

My wife ********* **** sent this reply to ****** ******** On Site Manager which he never answered. The two young men who did our move were excellent, beyond reproach. Given the circumstances they never complained and were charming and polite. We do however have the following concerns and are not happy with the logistics of our move. 1) the estimate we were given was almost 50% less than what we ended up paying. Our contract was revised 3 times during our move which is unacceptable. I gave a description of the items we had and advised we lived on the 3rd floor and even asked if there was a surcharge as I saw other moving companies had a fee for 3rd floor moves. We did hit a few snags such as one bed frame needing to be taken apart due to not fitting thru a doorway so I concede the first contract revision was fair. I would like to speak to someone directly about this issue. 2) not enough movers. There were points during the move where we were genuinely concerned for the safety and health of our movers as we live on the 3rd floor and it was very hot and humid. We told the young men to take several breaks and to cool themselves down in front of fans we set up. Our move took almost 12 hours because there wasn't enough hands. We got to the point where my husband and I told them to just drop boxes anywhere because we felt guilty that they were working so hard and so long. We shouldn't pay almost 2 grand for moving services only to have to move boxes ourselves. We had 2 recliners delivered the same day from ***** ** ** and there were 3 people just to do that, a very stark contrast. 3) not properly equipped. We allowed the young men to make use of a dolly we owned that was heavier duty than the one they had. Had there been a dolly with straps multiple boxes could have been pulled up the stairs instead of these young men having to carry boxes 1 or 2 at a time extending our move and adding to the hardship of the move. I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me.

I hired Two Men and A Truck (TMT) in March 2023, to help me move from Florida to Texas. 03/08/2023: $2,566.00 03/17/2023: $5,132.00 03/20/2023: $2,566.00 Total: $10,264.00 When Steven Raymond II arrived at my house to make an evaluation of the boxes and items, he assured me that they would all fit in a truck. I let him know that we had a few more boxes in a storage unit, and he still said that it would all fit in a single truck. The company did not fulfill their promise, and in the process, they broke/damaged a large number of items which up to this point they have not gotten them repaired and we have not been compensated yet. To make matters worse, the movers are only allowed to have one dolly in the truck, so they used mine as well, and broke it, and no one paid for it either. I was told that the items would be delivered on a Saturday before noon, but they were delivered a day late. When I informed the company that they would need to cover the expenses for a storage unit to hold the remaining items, Jonathan C****, the franchise owner of three different franchises in Central Florida, including Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Orlando East, was not receptive to the idea, but he reluctantly agreed to pay two months of storage, but he never followed through. Despite my requests for a second truck or another solution, he did not provide any viable options and remained an obstacle throughout the process. The movers documented the damages to my belongings, but it has now been over a month, and the company has yet to send someone to repair my wooden furniture and compensate me for the rest of the damaged items that cannot be fixed. When I attempted to communicate with Adam S******, he often claimed to be in the process of finding someone to address the issue but failed to follow up with a resolution. It is worth noting that the company's slogan suggests that they prioritize customer satisfaction, yet my experience has not reflected that.

I dealt with a Kristina P**** at the Polk county Florida location who was the epitome of unprofessional. She was counterproductive, they hung up on me and she refused to remove additional erroneous items off my quote and told me take it or leave it. I reported her to corporate and they said they will look into her behavior and suggested I call another location to help with my move. I did that got a new quote and then I got an email from Kristina still trying to put a wrench in the mix and stop the move with another location because I reported her. She definitely was in her feelings and is handling this on a personal level. They should have either real professionals as their face of the corporation or women that know how to be professional and not catty. I've never seen this before and I have used them before never had this experience. Due to retaliation for me reporting her, she deliberately stopped me from doing business. If you ever want to use two men and a truck at the Polk county location don't! Kristina is not a professional that you want to handle your business with. The organization as a whole is good it's just pathetic when they have people this deplorable representative of them.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/11) */ We are sorry you had a less than desirable estimate experience as we do strive to exceed all of our customers' moving needs and expectations. After further review of your initial estimate with our in-home consultant, we have decided that we no longer wish to bid for your required services as we do not believe we can provide a service that you will be satisfied with. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/07/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is a generic and incorrect response. I didn't have issues with a quote I had issues with Kristina P**** and her staff hanging up on me and being very unprofessional. She intercepted another location to move me too out of retaliation as the complaint I escalated to corporate office she was reprimanded for. So it had nothing to do with a quote. This lady felt compelled to " show me something because she was in her feelings instead of operating out of a business mentality. There was no reason to not do business with a repeat client, two men and a truck offers trucks , a moving service and I was willing to pay . She definitely operated out of retaliation. However I was able to get moved seamlessly and for less in spite of her ignorance with someone else. It's just unfortunate that for a great company such as two men and a truck they have a spiteful woman there ruining their good name .and the staff she manages are a direct reflection. Of her shortcomings . If I were that company I'd get rid of her I looked up other reviews and she's definitely a problem. Fortunately they have platforms such as these where we can voice litigiousness complaints against people like that. We have a right to report mistreatment by companies and these people don't have a right to retaliate because they won't be accountable. I'm so happy I went in another direction. My relocation was a positive experience. But if they treated me this way and I didn't know them then this is common behavior. The corporate office took my complaint seriously and Kristina P**** was reprimanded , after they reviewed the recorded conversation they seen where correction needed to be executed , therefore that in itself is a clear affirmation that it doesn't pay to be nasty. Declining someone's buisness out of retaliation and to one up isn't professional it was personal. I hope the company replaces her with a face that can truly represent who they are because dealing with Kristina P**** and her staff are the ugly side of the organization that someone worked very hard to bring to fruition.
