I called Smart Properties on Friday near 3:30 pm spoke to Sara at reception and conveyed a problem somewhere in the home causing unusual higher water bill. Miss Sara initiated a maintenance request. I was in area on Monday and dropped in to speak directly to Jennifer my property manager to bring bills documenting the steady rise of usage reflected month to month for the last six months. Today is Wednesday and Kyle from maintenance came by and did a through troubleshooting sweep to determine location of leak. It was baffling due to no visible signs of water, but none the less meter was running with no water usage in home. Kyle was in close communication with HQ department head. Kyle's persistent and meticulous search determine it was necessary to call in a Ultrasound company to find hidden water leak on the property and or home. Part 1 of the good service this management team Carrie's out there jobs. Will follow up once job is complete.
