    I paid and gave this business and the owner ****************************** all my information to get my taxes done. Since March I have been calling and emailing him for a respond and he never completed or answered my calls. Im afraid that he will misuse my personal information which includes my social security number for criminal activities because I recently discovered that he has been arrested in the past for fraud. I also would like my money back because I paid for services I never received.

    To Whom It may ******************** style="font-size: 0.875rem;">In response to ******************************* complaint: 

     

    We have done her 2023 Taxes and have waited for a timely response from the *** that which we have no control over to when their response, we understand they have been short staffed for a long period of time.

    On 07/03/2024 *************** reach out to one of my assistants and asked for a update on her taxes status to which we responded immediately, this same day we let her know that the *** was asking for an 8962 Form from ***************, we asked her to please send us copy of the same to able to respond and get her process finished.  *************** responded stating that she was not dealing with any of my assistants and she would call the *** directly, my assistant provided *************** with the phone number to the *** to save her time.

    *************** responded to my assistant via text saying  in spanish " Ok fea no me escribas mas" which translates to "Ok ugly do not text me anymore" and blocked my assistant from contacting anymore, 

    My other Office Assistant also had contact with ***************************** (her husband), she texted him asking to verify his wife's (***************************) phone number, but he was also blocked from ********'s phone as well. We were willing to give *************** a refund.

    ****** never reached out to me asking for anything back till 2 months later he said something which is extremely unprofessional on his part. Also hes unprofessional as to when I asked for my refund his words thru text were H*** no you should of sent all the information when he did my taxes I gave him Everything he asked for. Yes I blocked him I have voicemails of him cursing. Also I have never had to deal with any third party (assistants) all of a sudden he has other people calling and texting so I just dont understand whats his issue he should of just said he couldnt of done my taxes instead of this run round and charging and not complying. Also Im super scared on what he might do with my personal information since this incident I looked him up n he has had incidents involving fraud in the past.I also have a photo of the text if needed.

    To Whom it May **************** am a professional and friendly person to all of our customers, and I do understand that everyone's perception is -+ different.  My company is growing and have 3 other assistants working along side, all my clients are working with them as well.

    I understand that for many might be uncomfortable dealing with new personnel but they are my employees and in a stage of growth. All of my clients personal information is safe, I don't understand why *************** had to be so rude with my employees, it was unnecessary.  

    Once again, I am a professional and would not do anything to jeopardize my clients, employees nor my business, I am still willing to give her a refund at any time.

    If hes so willing to send a refund then why hasnt he done so its been weeks and I uploaded the photos which shows his reply when I asked him for a refund in which he stated H*** No. I dont know why hes playing victim. He has had issues with multiple clients. Unfortunately, those clients are unaware of what to do. 

    He doesnt need to speak with me regarding the refund. He can zelle me the same way I paid him and again I will be speaking with an agent regarding this issue.
