    Subgenix keeps taking money from my account. For a product that I didnt subscribe to. I cant take diet pills. I have health problems. They billed my card May 1 and again May 29th and I didnt check for any other months.

    I never ordered the product and they said I had a subscription for additional product. I'm not sure how they got my address and credit card number but fortunately I had canceled that card before they got it because I suspected fraud. I just don't want them to keep calling me and harassing me for payment.

    On March 18th I had a charge of $59.99 then $99.99 for something called Nutra. I never made those purchases. I had an email saying my package had shipped with no information other then my address and a tracking number. No link to a website. I called the bank and they are in the process of investigating but I have not been reimbursed yet. I canceled my card and had a new one created. A package arrive with a small container of powder. It was shipped from ******** and says Subgenix

    Received a package for a product I didnt purchase. Subgenix

    In May 2023, I was in the process of purchasing an item online. Once the transaction was complete I received a confirmation email from a company not identified as the company that I was purchasing the item through. The email did not state the item, amount or parameters in relation to item purchased. I immediately checked my credit card account and found that the price was extremely higher than the price I was agreeing to. I immediately contacted my credit card company to alert fraud. The transaction was investigated, my card cancelled and funds replenished to my card due to fraud. Today Nov. 28 2023. I received a phone call from Miracle **** and spoke with ******. She stated that I owed the company money for their pills and would be turned over to a collection agency if I did not settle my debt. Upon questioning the caller, she stated that I was mailed a package of keto pills which I signed for accepting the product. I expressed to the caller that I never signed for such a package. She continued to threaten me with the credit bureau and stated that if I did not pay her she would send me another shipment of pills and charge me again. I continued to tell her to cancel the transaction but she refused my request. She stated that emails had been sent to me regarding my debt, upon checking my email , no such emails have entered my inbox. She stated that she would send me another email in regards to our conversation and I have yet to receive it. I feel very threatened by her intense language and tone. Throughout our conversation I had to calm her down in order to understand the information she was trying to tell me. I am fearful of a false report to the credit bureau and ask for an investigation into this company. Upon my own research I have found this company to be a scam and now I see that I have fallen victim. Please assist with eliminating this threatening company.

    Date of transactions: 08/22/2023 Amounts: $98.00 and $59.00 I did not order products from this company, the money was taken out of my checking account without my permission. I spoke with customer service who told me to send the ********************** back for a full refund. I did. I have been emailing the company for a refund; however, there has been no resolution. When I try calling the number provided now, I receive a recording informing me the number is "vacant."
