We hired company to build cage over the pool. The installers ****** and his crew were a great group of guys . *** the salesman did not include removal of lanai. Therefore they were going to build a cage over the pool and an existing lanai. Well talking with *** the salesman he agrees he completely forgot but all good and he moved forward replacing three post and removing the small lanai. As installing post they just took a hammer and bashed it Pavers creating another $2500 job with somebody else. Then they tried to tell me it was $480 more for the columns/posts, then when they complete it I got an email the final bill they added $5000 to the bill. I asked him lets compare bills yours was changed ours was the same. Theres also issues with the screen in areas, with doors and damaged posts Hope we can work this out. I gave this company another chance to come out and work this out with ** today Friday at 10 AM. *** the estimator ***** the owner came out not carrying or looking at anything wrong. I showed them our original contract in writing and signed with my name July 25, 2022 with a $9800 down payment. Also I never was in the office and signed a contract the contract was signed in My Home at my kitchen table. I was called the day after we signed did they need a copy of the survey of our property, I took the survey into the office the only time I was ever there. Luckily when they came it was raining very little I had water filling up planter boxes to catch the water to prevent coming in to my bedroom door that the floor is has carpet. I would like you to sand ****** and his two helpers out to fix all the repairs that you were originally sent with pictures you documented it say the alphabet from A to letter I but needing to add the water issue. So if this cannot be done and scheduled within ******************************************************************************* a professional manner. And if you do all this I will give you your balance of *********

I am rejecting this response because: Pyramid has never tried to solve the problem they have never came out to look at the problem they promised they would and did not. All they have done to this day is had attorneys email me wanting paid in advance 100%. As I told you repeatedly this job is not complete there are multiple unsatisfactory and unprofessional work performance. As our contract reads that youve got a copy of to be paid in full upon completion. Paid upon completion as the contract says the job is not complete. Here are pictures from the old lanai the bolts are hanging out of the
wall, all downspouts still fashion to wall as the picture show. Scratched and damaged post brand new that day Here are pictures of our old screen that we want it they ripped it off the header of our lanai, and just left this  dangling. Here is also gaps at the bottom of the door that needs adjusted and
the sweep is pulling away from the door also there are screws missing. Here are pictures of holes and tearing out the screen of the cage
    in the door handle

    Sincerely,
